A Case Report of Pemphigus Vulgaris with Clinically Presentation Similar to Chicken Pox

Abstract
Pemphigus vulgaris is a potentially fatal autoimmune disease that appears with diffuse and large blisters all over the body and if not treated, most patients will die within five years. The disease usually occurs in the fifth or sixth decade of life. In this case-report, we present a seventeen-year old girl  with pemphigus, but clinical presentation  were quite similar to chickenpox. Because of the extreme rarity of cases in which pemphigus vulgaris presents itself as chickenpox and the clinical differentiation and treatment interventions between them is very important (corticosteroid versus antiviral and supportive care respectively), as a result biopsy is recommended in unusual  cases of chickenpox.
