Findings: In this study, the Kappa coefficient for the coding of two researchers was 0.840 which indicates high reliability. According to the findings, a conceptual framework was presented based on the meta-analysis (systematic review) of the empirical and theoretical background of family health with the approach of sustainable sports participation, in which 34 indicators are proposed.
