چکیده
زمینه و هدف: هدف از این مطالعه یافتن دقت تشخیصی سی­تی آنژیوگرافی مولتی­اسلایس 64 در مقایسه با آنژیوگرافی مرسوم در انسداد و تنگی عروق پیوندی پس از عمل پیوند عروق کرونری می­باشد.          
روش بررسی: این مطالعه به صورت گذشته­نگر و آینده­نگر انجام شد.  اطلاعات مربوط به بیماران در سالهای1387-1390 از پروندة آنان در بیمارستان­های دانشگاهی و غیر دانشگاهی اهواز، به دست آمد و اطلاعات سال­های1390-1391 از بیماران مراجعه­کننده به بیمارستان امام خمینی با علایم درد قفسة سینه و یا ایسکمی در تست غیر تهاجمی به دست آمد. در این مطالعه،143 گرافت شریانی و وریدی از 53 بیمار که تحت CABG قرار گرفته بودند، مورد بررسی با سی­تی آنژیوگرافی قرار گرفته و با آنژیوگرافی مقایسه شدند و نتایج بانسخة 17 نرم­افزارSPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته­ ها: میانگین سنی مردان 10+4/59 و زنان 8+9/59سال بود. 34% بیماران زن و 66% مرد بودند. حساسیت، ویژگی، ارزش مثبت، ارزش منفی و دقت تشخیصی به­دست آمده توسط سی تی آنژیوگرافی مولتی اسلایس در مقایسه با آنژیوگرافی مرسوم از قسمت­های پروگزیمال، میدل و دیستال گرافت­هایوریدی و شریانی به ترتیب: 95%، 100%،100%، 86%، 96% و100%، 100%،100%، 100%، 100% و 71%، 96%،93%، 83%، 86%  بود.
نتیجه ­گیری: استفاده از سی­تی آنژیوگرافی در  تشخیص انسداد و تنگی گرافت­های وریدی و شریانی مؤثر بوده و می­تواند میزان آنژیوگرافی مرسوم را در بیماران پس ازCABG  کاهش دهد.
