تأثیر درمان حمایتی و شناختی رفتاری بر سلامت روان و باورهای غیرمنطقی مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به اختلال اوتیسم

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: اختلال اوتیسم یکی از بیماری­های گروه اختلالات فراگیر رشد می­باشد که با تخریب پایدار در تعامل اجتماعی متقابل، تأخیر یا انحراف ارتباطی و الگوی ارتباطی کلیشه­ای محدود، مشخص است. به خاطر مشکلات فراوان این کودکان، خانواده­ها و به خصوص مادران، از تنش­ها و فشارهای روانی زیادی رنج می­برند. بنابراین، برنامه­هایی جهت حمایت از خانواده و آموزش راهبردهای مقابله و حل مسأله و تغییر باورهای غیرمنطقی والدین ضروری است.
هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی درمان حمایتی و شناختی رفتاری بر سلامت روان و باورهای غیرمنطقی مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به اختلال اوتیسم می­باشد.
روش بررسی: نمونه­های این پژوهش متشکل از 20 نفر مادر بدون بیماری شدید اعصاب و روان است. آزمودنی­ها به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (لیست انتظار) قرار گرفتند. پیش­آزمون که شامل پرسش­نامة سلامت روان و پرسش­نامة باورهای غیرمنطقی جونز بود، بر روی دو گروه اجرا شد. سپس گروه آزمایش 10 جلسه، هر هفته دو ساعت گروه درمانی حمایتی و شناختی رفتاری دریافت کردند. از هر دو گروه پس­آزمون گرفته شد. 
یافته­ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که گروه درمانی حمایتی و شناختی رفتاری توانسته است سلامت روان افراد گروه آزمایش را نسبت به گروه کنترل در مرحلة پس­آزمون ارتقاء دهد (001/0P<). تأثیر این شیوۀ درمانی بر نمرات باورهای غیرمنطقی در مرحلة پس­آزمون معنادار نبود.
نتیجه­گیری: مداخلة حمایتی و شناختی رفتاری می­تواند در بهبود روان مادران کودکان اوتیسم مؤثر باشد.
