And appropriate physical activity is recommended as a non-pharmacological treatment. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of continuous aerobic exercise on serum nitric oxide levels, insulin resistance, and some lipid profiles in diabetic male rats. Methods: We randomly divided 60 male Wistar rats into 6 groups of 10 rats per group - control, sham, aerobic, aerobic+salin, diabet, diabet-aerobic. Diabetes was induced by intra-peritoneal injection of streptozotocin - nicotinamide. The subjects used treadmill training for 6 weeks and 5 sessions per week. The rats were killed 48 h after the last training session and was measured the levels of glucose, insulin, NO, HOMA-IR, LDL, HDL, TG and cholesterol. One-way ANOVA was used for statistical analysis (p<0.05). Results: Diabetes increased the levels of glucose and HOMA-IR, whereas it significantly reduced insulin and NO levels. After 6 weeks of aerobic training, glucose and insulin resistance decreased and nitric oxide levels increased compared with the diabetes group. But there was no effect on the level of insulin. Also, 6 week aerobic training did not have a significant effect on lipid factors in different groups(p<0.05). Conclusion: Conclusion: It seems that aerobic exercise can with effect on vascular function have a protective effect on vascular diseases in diabetic patients.}, keywords = {Aerobic exercise,nitric oxide,Diabetes}, title_fa = {بررسی تاثیر 6 هفته تمرین هوازی تداومی بر سطوح مقاومت به انسولین، نیتریک اکساید و برخی از پروفایل های لیپیدی موش های نر دیابتی ویستار}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: دیابت یکی از بیماریهای مهم متابولیکی بوده که از پیامدهای آن، اختلال در عملکرد اندوتلیال است و فعالیت ورزشی مناسب به عنوان راه کاری غیر دارویی توصیه می شود. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر تمرین هوازی تداومی بر سطح سرمی نیتریک اکساید، مقاومت به انسولین و برخی از پروفایل های لیپیدی در موش های صحرایی نر دیابتی می باشد. مواد و روش ها: 60 سر موش صحرایی نر ویستار به صورت تصادفی به 6 گروه 10 تایی کنترل-سالم، شم، هوازی، هوازی + سالین، دیابت و دیابت + تمرین هوازی تقسیم شدند. دیابت با تزریق درون صفاقی نیکوتین آمید - استرپتوزوتوسین القا شد. آزمودنی ها به مدت 6 هفته و هر هفته 5 جلسه در هفته به تمرین رو نوارگردان پرداختند. 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه تمرین، کشته و سپس سطوح گلوکز، انسولین، نیتریک اکساید، LDL، HDL، TG و کلسترول اندازه گیری شد. از آزمون واریانس یک طرفه برای تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد(p<0.05). نتایج: القای دیابت موجب افزایش میزان گلوکز و مقاومت به انسولین و کاهش انسولین و نیتریک اکساید شد. پس از 6 هفته تمرین هوازی میزان گلوکز و مقاومت به انسولین کاهش و میزان نیتریک اکساید نسبت به گروه دیابت افزایش یافت. اما تاثیری بر سطح انسولین نداشت. همچنین 6 هفته تمرین هوازی تاثیر معناداری بر میزان فاکتورهای لیپیدی در گروه های مختلف نداشت (p<0.05). نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد که تمرین هوازی می تواند با تاثیر بر عملکرد عروق اثر محافظتی در برابر بیماری های عروقی در بیماران دیابتی ایجاد کند.}, keywords_fa = {تمرین هوازی,نیتریک اکساید,دیابت}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_80156.html}, eprint = {} }
