This The current research attempts to determine the immune system reaction following consumption of vitamin C after an aerobic physical activity. Subjects and Methods: In the present experimental work, 24 females aged 32 y were selected by random sampling and divided into two 12-subjects groups, first group (vitamin C) and the second group (placebo). In the pre-test, the serum baseline measurements for IgG and IgA were made for both groups. Then, 500 mg of vitamin C was given to the experimental group once daily for 5 days. After five days, blood samples were taken from both groups. Finally, on the 6th day immediately blood sampling was performed after aerobic physical exercise (Bruce test). And then was taken to the lab by immunological examination after analyzing the data, the required information was collected. Results: The results showed that after aerobic activity level of IgG and IgA were significantly higher (P <0.05), while plasma cortisol levels were significantly lower (P <0.05) in the vitamin C group compared to the placebo group. Conclusion: The consumption of vitamin C following aerobic exercise has an effect on the levels of A and G immunoglobulin’s and serum cortisol levels, and the repressive effects of the exercise-induced immune system are somewhat reduced.}, keywords = {Vitamin C,Aerobic physical activity,immunoglobulin A,Immunoglobulin G,cortisol}, title_fa = {اثر 5 روز مکمل گیری ویتامین C بر استرس ایمونولوژیک ناشی از یک جلسه فعالیت هوازی درمانده ساز در زنان جوان}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: فعالیت بدنی و برخی آنتی اکسیدان ها مانند ویتامین C از عوامل موثر بر سیستم ایمنی هستند. تحقیق حاضر بر آن است تا واکنش سیستم ایمنی بدن را نسبت به مصرف ویتامین C متعاقب یک فعالیت بدنی هوازی تعیین نماید. روش بررسی: در تحقیق نیمه تجربی حاضر، 24 زن 32 ساله به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و بصورت تصادفی به دو گروه 12 نفری؛ گروه اول تجربی (مصرف ویتامین C) و گروه دوم تمرین (دارونما) تقسیم شدند. در پیش آزمون اندازه گیری های پایه  از هر دو گروه  انجام شد. سپس به مدت 5 روز، روزانه یکبار به گروه تجربی 500 میلی گرم ویتامین C داده ‌شد. بعد از روز پنجم، مجددا از هر دو گروه نمونه گیری خون صورت گرفت. در نهایت روز ششم بلافاصله پس از فعالیت بدنی هوازی درمانده ساز ( آزمون بروس)، نمونه‌گیری خون بعمل آمد و سپس بمنظور بررسی های ایمونولوژیک به آزمایشگاه منتقل و پس از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، اطلاعات مورد نیاز جمع آوری شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که پس از فعالیت هوازی، میزان IgA، IgG به صورت معنی داری در گروه مصرف کننده ویتامین C، نسبت به گروه بدون مصرف ویتامین C بیشتر بود (05/0P<) در حالی که سطح کورتیزول پلاسما به صورت معنی داری کمتر بود (05/0P<).  نتیجه گیری: مصرف ویتامین C متعاقب فعالیت بدنی هوازی بر سطح ایمونوگلوبولین های A و  Gو سطح هورمون کورتیزول سرم تاثیر دارد و آثار سرکوبگر سیستم ایمنی ناشی از تمرین را تا حدودی کاهش می دهد.}, keywords_fa = {ویتامین C,فعالیت بدنی هوازی,ایمونوگلوبولین A,ایمونوگلوبولین G,کورتیزول}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_54204.html}, eprint = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_54204_89d25b581b4fca2ae17b5a4ab0c4f6c6.pdf} }
