Subjects and Methods: With about 100 g of the mucilage powder was dried by two methods of oven and freeze drying and granulated by the wet method, tablets with 800 mg weight were prepared by a single punch tablet machine in 5 different granulation sizes of 212, 500, 710, 850, and 1700 mm. The granules and prepared tablets were examined for their physico-chemical, compressibility, packing factor, tensile strength, and mechanical properties. Results: Density of the powder prepared by the cold method was 60% less than the warm method. Compressibility index and Hunser ratio with the results of 8 and 10 for compressibility and 0.9 and 1 for Hunser ratio were different by 20 and 10% for two methods respectively. Percentage porosity  was 0.7 and 0.25 and angle of repose 23 and 28 for the coldand warm method respectively. The strength power for different granulation sizes of the powder dried by cold method had a direct proportionality, and an inverse relationship for friability test respectively. Conclusion: Tablets prepared with the mucilage dried by cold method had larger particle sizes and more favorable physiochemical properties, which can be selected for preparation of quince seed troche tablets}, keywords = {Quince Seeds Mucilage,Compressibility,Tensile tensile,Packing Factor,Troche Tablets}, title_fa = {بررسی خصوصیات فیزیکو شیمیایی، تراکم‌پذیری و حرکتی پودر و قرص مکیدنی موسیلاژ به دانه}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اثرات درمانی موسیلاژ به دانه در تسکین سرفه و رفع علائم آسم و همچنین مطالعات حیوانی مرتبط، هدف این مقاله بررسی دو روش خشک کردن و خصوصیات حرکتی پودر جهت تهیۀ قرصی مکیدنی میباشد. روش بررسی: با حدود صد گرم پودر موسیلاژ خشک شده با دو روش گرم آون و سرد لیوفلیزاسیون و انجام گرانولاسیون مرطوب و استفاده از یک دستگاه قرصزنی تکسمبهای، قرصهای 800 میلیگرمی در اندازههای گرانولی 212، 500، 710، 850 و 1700 میکرون تهیه و از نظر خواص فیزیکو شیمیایی، پرسپذیری، چینش ذرهای، استحکام کششی و قدرت حرکتی مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: دانسیتۀ پودر حاصل شده به روش سرد حدود 60 درصد کمتر از روش گرم بود. اندیس پرسپذیری و نسبت هاسنر نیز با توجه به نتایج 8 و 10 برای اندیس "پرسپذیری" و 9/0 و 1 برای نسبت "هاسنر" بهترتیب 20 و 10 درصد تفاوت داشتند. درصد خلل و فرج بهترتیب 7/0 برای روش سرد و 25/0 برای روش گرم بهدست آمد. زاویۀ سکون حاصل برای پودر تهیه شده به روش سرد 23 و برای روش گرم 28 درجه بود. مقایسۀ  قدرت (بار) خرد شوندگی (Strength) برای اندازههای ذرهای متفاوت پودر خشک شده در سرما (پودر انتخابی برای تهیۀ قرص) رابطۀ مستقیم و برای آزمایش فرسایش نسبت معکوس داشت. نتیجهگیری: قرصهای تهیه شده از موسیلاژ خشک شده با روش سرد (لیوفلیزاسیون) و با اندازههای ذرهای درشتتر از کیفیت مطلوبتری برخوردار بودند.}, keywords_fa = {موسیلاژ به دانه,پرس‌پذیری,استحکام کششی,فاکتور چینش ذرات,قرص}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_52173.html}, eprint = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_52173_d5bb153417a96d6d6b9267bdfde178f5.pdf} }
