Many studies show the benefit effect of high dose of conjugated estrogen infusion in prevention of bleeding among uremic patients. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect low dose orally administered conjugated estrogen in patients with acute renal failure who underwent kidney biopsy Subjects and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, the patients were divided in two groups. In group 1, ten units of cryoprecipitate was infused on the day of biopsy and in group 2, 0.06 mg/kg conjugated estrogen in three oral divided dose was administered for 5 days before biopsy. Results: Overall 36 patients, group 1 (9 males and 9 females) with mean age of 39.7 ±1.42 and group 2 (12 males and 6 females) with a mean age of 35.3 ± 1.13 were investigated. No significant differences between these groups in terms of mean age (P= 0.172) and males and females (P=0.310). In both groups, hematuria was the most common complication, 15 (83.3%) in group 1 and 13 (72.2%) in group 2 with no significant differences between them (P=0.691). In group 1, two patients (11.1%) and in group 2, one patient (5.6%) had major bleeding (P=0.990). Major bleeding with hemodynamic instability occured in one case in both groups but they did not need surgical intervention. Conclusion: According to the study, oral low dose conjugated estrogens can prevent bleeding among patient with acute renal failure who underwent kidney biopsy.}, keywords = {Uremic Bleeding,Conjugated estrogen,Cryoprecipitate,Biopsy in renal failure}, title_fa = {مقایسه اثر دوز کم استروژن کونژوگه خوراکی با کرایوپرسیپیتات در پیشگیری از خونریزی در بیماران با نارسایی کلیه که بیوپسی کلیه می شوند}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: خونریزی اورمیک از عوارض نارسایی کلیه می باشد. مطالعات زیادی نشان دهنده موثر بودن انفوزیون دوزهای بالای استروژن کونژوگه در پیشگیری از خونریزی این بیماران است. هدف این مطالعه بررس اثر دوز کم و خوراکی استروژن کونژوگه در بیماران با نارسائی کلیه که بیوپسی کلیه می شوند می باشد روش بررسی: در این  مطالعه مقطعی بیماران به دو گروه تقسیم می شدند. در گروه اول 10واحد کرایوپرسیپیتات در روز انجام بیوپسی انفوزیون می گردید ودر گروه دوم از 5  روز قبل از بیوپسی، استروژن کونژوگه خوراکی به میزان  روزانه06/0میلی گرم به ازای هرکیلوگرم وزن داده می شد. یافتهها: به طور کلی 36 بیمار،  گروه 1 ،(9 مرد و 9 زن) با سن متوسط (42/1± 7/39) و گروه 2  (12 مرد و 6 زن) با سن متوسط(13/1±3/35) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. تفاوت معنی داری میان هر دو گروه از نظر سن (172/0 P=)و جنس(310/0= (P وجود نداشت . درهردوگروه شایعترین عارضه خونریزی دهنده هماچوری بود که  15نفر(3/83%) در گروه 1 و 13نفر(2/72%) در گروه 2 بدون وجود تفاوت معنی دار اماری دچارهماچوری شدند(691/0=P). در گروه کرایوپرسیپیتات 2نفر(1/11%) در گروه استروژن یک نفر(6/5%) دچار خونریزی ماژورشدند(990/0 = P). خونریزی ماژور در یک مورد از هردوگروه همراه باهمودینامیک ناپایدار بود اما هیچکدام از آنها  نیاز به مداخله جراحی نداشتند. هیچ  مورد مورتالیتی وجود نداشت. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس مطالعه حاضر، تجویز دوز کم استروژن کونژوگه خوراکی می تواند باعث پیشگیری از خونریزی بیماران مبتلا به نارسای حاد کلیه که بیوپسی کلیه می شوند، شود.}, keywords_fa = {خونریزی اورمیک,استروژن کونژوگه,کرایوپرسیپیتات,بیوپسی در نارسایی کلیه}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_49813.html}, eprint = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_49813_55fb285d22395286f710787054d4b8e8.pdf} }
