The aim of this study was to determine the difference between normal people and people with coronary heart disease with regards to anger and quality of life. Subjects and Methods: This study was performed as a case-control design. Data was collected from 40 male and 40 female patients with CHD who had referred to Golestan Hospital specialist clinic in Ahwaz and 40 male and 40 female who were healthy on physician check-up, were used as control. Two groups completed the Spielberger`s State-trait Anger Expression Inventory 2 (STAXI-2) and Quality of Life Inventory (SF-36) to measure their anger and Quality of life. MANOVA test was used to analyze the data. Results: The Quality of life. A significant (P<0.001) difference was found on the Interaction Effect of Anger and Quality of Life between case and control groups. The comparison of means showed that male and female patients had more anger in desirable, semi and non desirable quality of life. Conclusion: These finding illustrated that the effect of anger and quality of life style extremely related to coronary heart disease. Therefore, raising awareness may be an effective factor to prevent coronary heart disease while training of the patients to control their temper and having healthy life style to promote their health.}, keywords = {Anger,Quality of Life,Coronary heart disease (CHD)}, title_fa = {بررسی خشم و کیفیت زندگی در بیماران عروق کرونری}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: بیمار­ی­های قلبی عروقی مهمترین علت مرگ در کشورهای توسعه یافته است و عوامل خطر متفاوتی نیز برای این بیمار­ی ها مطرح است که از آن میان عوامل فشارزای روان شناختی نقش مهمی در ایجاد و یا تشدید و استمرار این اختلالات دارند. مطالعه حاضر، با هدف بررسی تفاوت بین بیماران عروق کرونر (مورد) و افراد سالم (شاهد)، از نظر خشم و کیفیت زندگی انجام شد. روش بررسی: این پژوهش از نوع مورد- شاهدی بوده است. جمعیت مورد مطالعه، بیماران مراجعه کننده به کلنیک تخصصی بیمارستان گلستان اهواز بودند، که 40 بیمار مرد و 40 بیمار زن کرونری بر اساس تشخیص پزشک متخصص و همچنین 40 مرد و 40 زن مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه که به تشخیص پزشک سالم بودند، به عنوان گروه شاهد، با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند.  برای هر چهار گروه آزمون سیاهه بروز خشم - صفت اسپیلبرگر(STAXI-2) و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی وابسته به سلامت (SF-36) انجام شد و نتایج آن با آزمون تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری (مانوا) مورد مقایسه آماری قرار گرفت. یافته­ها: اثر تعاملی عوامل خشم و کیفیت زندگی در گروه­های آزمودنی بیمار و شاهد (51/16137F=) در سطح (001/0P<) معنی­دار می­باشد، مقایسه میانگین­ها نشان داد که میزان خشم مردان و زنان بیمار در کیفیت زندگی مطلوب، تاحدودی مطلوب و نامطلوب، از مردان و زنان گروه شاهد بیشتر است. نتیجه­گیری: بطوریکه در مطالعه اخیر مشاهده شد خشم و سبک زندگی نامطلوب می تواند بستر ساز ابتلا به بیماری ها قلبی عروقی باشد. لذا افزایش آگاهی می تواند از عوامل موثر در پیشگیری ابتلا به بیماری ها قلبی عروقی و از طرفی با آموزش های افرادی بیمار در کنترل خشم و داشتن زندگی سالم سلامتی آنها ارتقاع خواهد یافت.}, keywords_fa = {خشم,کیفیت زندگی,بیماری‌های عروق کرونری}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_49758.html}, eprint = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_49758_743f07106706352416cf6730ad6dde3e.pdf} }
