Subjects and Methods: The study was a double-blind clinical trial in two group of patient with  hemorrhagic stroke, including those with stroke occurred in the last 24 hours. The first group treated with albumin infusion with total dose of 1 g/Kg body weight for two hours per day and the second group was treated with normal saline with the same dose. The treatment duration was 7 days. Functional outcome of the first day, 8th days and 3 months after treatment were investigated on the basis of NIHSS. By Chi square and T-Test tatistical analyses and evaluation of the effectiveness of the intervention in the two groups were studied. Results: Each arm of study contained 30 patients. Both groups were the similar in age, sex and risk factors. There were not significant difference in mortality rate) P=0.353(, hospitalization duration )P=0.343( and hematoma size before )P=0.596( and after )P=0.483( treatment in two groups. NIHSS of the first day )P=0.474( and after 3 months )P=0.095 following treatment did not show significant differences among both groups. However, the result at the 8th day of treatment showed significant differences (P=0.025). Conclusion: The findings of thisstudy confirmed that, intravenous albumin used in the initial days in the patient with hemorrhagic stroke would improve short-term clinical and functional outcome, but this positive effect is diminished in the long-term.}, keywords = {Hemorrhagic stroke,Albumin,NIHSS}, title_fa = {بررسی نقش تزریق آلبومین بر عملکرد بالینی و عوارض ناشی از سکته‌ی مغزی خونریزی‌دهنده در بیماران بستری در بخش مغز و اعصاب بیمارستان گلستان اهواز}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: این مطالعه به بررسی تأثیرات استفاده از آلبومین تزریقی در بهبود عملکرد بالینی بیماران دچار خونریزی حاد مغزی پرداخته است. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر به صورت کارآزمایی بالینی دوسوکور میباشد. بیماران سکتهی مغزی هموراژیک که حداکثر 24 ساعت از وقوع آن گذشته وارد مطالعه شدند. بیماران به دو گروه تقسیم شدند، گروهی آلبومین را طی 7 روز، روزانه 2 ساعت به صورت وریدی و گروه دیگر نرمالسالین دریافت کردند. سرانجام بیماران در بدو بستری و روز هشتم و ماه سوم بر اساس معیار NIHSS ارزیابی شدند و در نهایت تحلیل آماری و ارزیابی میزان تأثیر مداخله در دو گروه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافتهها: 60 بیمار بررسی شدند، 30 بیمار آلبومین و 30 بیمار دارونما دریافت کردند. بیماران دو گروه از نظر سن، جنس و ریسکفاکتورها همسان بودند، در سایر بررسیها میزان مرگ ومیر دو گروه از نظر آماری تفاوت معناداری نداشتند (353/0P=). همچنین بین دو گروه روزهای بستری در بیمارستان تفاوت معناداری نداشت (343/0P=) و در بررسی حجم هماتوم قبل (596/0P=) و بعد از درمان (483/0P=) هم تفاوت معناداری دیده نشد. در روز اول بستری (474/0 P=) و سه ماه بعد از درمان (095/0P=) برحسب نتایج به دست آمده دیده شد که بین NIHSS دو گروه تفاوت معناداری از لحاظ آماری وجود ندارد. نتایج مربوط به روز هشتم بعد از درمان نشان داد که تفاوت  NIHSS میان دوگروه از لحاظ آماری معنادار میباشد (025/0P=). نتیجهگیری: بررسی این مطاله نشان داد که استفاده از آلبومین تزریقی در بیماران سکتهی مغزی خونریزیدهنده در هفتههای نخست باعث بهبود در عملکرد بالینی بیماران شود، ولی در طولانی مدت اثرات آن کاهش می یابد.}, keywords_fa = {سکته‌ی مغزی خونریزی‌دهنده؛ آلبومین؛ معیار NIHSS,حجم هماتوم}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_49757.html}, eprint = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_49757_cf17c2d82af6af0e136360ea0f68a5c4.pdf} }
