Because these metals do not degrade and due to their biological accumulation property in tissues, they enter to food chain and lead to different diseases. For these reasons, fish are among the organisms that are exposed to biological accumulation of these metals. The aim of this study was to evaluate health quality of consumable fish by Khorramshahr people. Subjects and Methods: In this study we collected 30 Otolithesrubber and 30 Pampusargenteus fish species from the fish market of Khorramshahr. After chemical digesting of muscle tissue, concentration of lead, cadmium and nickel were measured using Inductively Coupled Plasma (model, USA). Results: Average concentration of  lead, cadmium and nickel were estimated in Otolithesrubberrespectively 1.89, 0.58 and 2.20 µg/g dry weight and in Pampusargenteus respectively 1.52, 0.48 and 1.08 µg/g dry weight unit. Conclusion: The results of this study in comparison with standards of WHO showed that average concentration of these three metals in muscle tissue of both fish was higher than allowed limit of WHO that can pose danger to human health.}, keywords = {heavy metals,Khorramshahr,Otolithes rubber,Pampus argenteus}, title_fa = {بررسی غلظت فلزات سرب، نیکل و کادمیوم در ماهیان مصرفی شهرستان خرمشهر}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: آلوده شدن آب و خاک به فلزات سنگین ناشی از فعالیتهای صنعتی، از مهمترین خطراتی است که اکوسیستمهای طبیعی و انسان را تهدید میکند. این فلزات به دلیل عدم تجزیهپذیری و خاصیت تجمع زیستی در بافتهای زنده در زنجیرهی غذایی به حرکت درآمده و با ورود به بدن مصرف کنندگان موجب بروز بیماریهای مختلفی میگردد، از این رو ماهیان از جمله موجوداتی هستند که قابلیت تجمع زیستی بسیار بالایی از این فلزات را دارا میباشند. با توجه به این موارد سلامت کیفی ماهیان مصرفی مردم شهرستان خرمشهر مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش بررسی: در این تحقیق به طور کاملاً تصادفی تعداد 30 قطعه ماهی شوریده (Otolithes rubber)و 30 قطعه ماهی حلوا سفید  (Pampus argenteus)از بازار ماهی فروشی این شهرستان تهیه گردید. پس از هضم شیمیایی بافت عضلهی ماهیها، غلظت فلزات سرب، کادمیوم و نیکل در بافت عضلهی ماهیها توسط دستگاه طیف‌سنجی پلاسمای جفت شده القایی اندازهگیری شد. یافتهها: میانگین غلظت فلزات سرب، کادمیوم و نیکل در ماهی شوریده به ترتیب 89/1، 58/0 و 20/2 میکروگرم بر گرم و در ماهی حلوا سفید به ترتیب 52/1، 48/0 و 08/1 میکروگرم بر گرم در واحد وزن خشک ماهی بود. نتیجهگیری: مقایسهی نتایج این بررسی با استانداردهای سازمان بهداشت جهانی مشخص نمود که میانگین غلظت این سه فلز در بافت عضلهی هر دو ماهی از حد مجاز سازمان بهداشت جهانی بیشتر است که میتواند برای سلامت انسان خطرناک باشد.}, keywords_fa = {فلزات سنگین,خرمشهر,ماهی شوریده,ماهی حلوا سفید}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_49737.html}, eprint = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_49737_aa930956c77381479078a32d5fb45774.pdf} }
