It has been known that moderate exercise reduces oxidative stress. The present study was undertaken to evaluate the effect of exercise on morphine-produced toxicity in rat liver and kidney. Subjects and Methods:  Adult male rats were randomly divided in 4 groups including: (1) morphine-treated, (2) morphine-treated+exercise, (3) vehicle (normal saine) treated, (4) vehicle treated+exercise. Animals in groups of 1 and 2 received morphine (ip) two times per day for 5 consecutive days. 1st day 5mg/kg, 2nd day10 mg/kg, 3rd day 20mg/kg, 4th day 40mg/kg and 5th 50mg/kg. Rats in groups of 3 and 4 received vehicle only. The animals in groups of 2 and 4 were participated in the treadmill exercise sessions (1 h at speed 17m/min) for 10 consecutive days. 24 h later, the animals were killed with overdose of sodium pentobarbital. Blood was collected for determination of ALT, AST, ALP, BUN and creatinine. Liver and kidney tissues were removed, fixed and processed for light microscopy. Ten animals were used for each group. Results: Biochemical and histopathological observations indicated that morphine produced injury in the liver and the kidney. Exercise reduced morphine -induced toxicity (P<0.05). Conclusion: Morphine- induced toxicity in rat liver and kidney. Execise protected liver and kidney against morphine-induced toxicity. Blocking of oxidative damage by exercise may be a useful strategy for preventing morphine adverse effects.  }, keywords = {Exercise,Morphine,Liver,Kidney,Rat}, title_fa = {اثر ورزش در سمیت ناشی از مرفین در کبد و کلیه موش صحرایی}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: مرفین موجب اختلال در ارگانهای مختلف بدن میشود. ورزش باعث کاهش ترکیبات استرس اکسیداتیو میشود. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین اثر ورزش بر روی آسیبهای حاصل از مرفین در کبد و کلیه در موش صحرایی است. روش بررسی: موشهای صحرایی بهطور تصادفی به4 گروه شامل: 1- دریافتکنندة مرفین، 2- دریافتکنندة مرفین همراه با ورزش، 3- دریافتکنندة حلال مرفین و4- دریافتکنندة حلال مرفین همراه با ورزش (هر گروه 10 سر) تقسیم گردید. گروههای 1و2 مرفین را در مدت 5 روز متوالی هر روز دو بار با دوز افزایشی روز اول mg/kg 5، روز دوم  mg/kg10، روز سوم mg/kg 20، روز چهارم mg/kg 40، و روز پنجم mg/kg50 (ip) دریافت نمودند. گروههای 4 و 2 درون تریدمیل با موتور حرکتدهندة تسمه برای مدت 10 روز متوالی، روزانه به مدت 1 ساعت با سرعت ثابت 17 متر در دقیقه بهصورت دویدن اجباری ورزش داده شد. 24 ساعت بعد از آخرین آزمایش، حیوانات با دوز بالای پنتوباربیتال کشته و از خون حیوانات جهت اندازهگیریAST, ALT, ALP, BUN,CR  استفاده شد. بافتهای کبد و کلیه جدا و پس از رنگآمیزی با هماتوکسیلین وائوزین با استفاده از میکروسکوپ نوری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. یافتهها: مرفین موجب افزایش پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی(05/0P<) در مقایسه با حیوانات دریافتکنندة سرم فیزیولوژی و موجب آسیب در بافتهای کبد و کلیه گردید. ورزش موجب کاهش آثار نامطلوب مرفین در بافتهای کبد و کلیه شد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج این تحقیق پیشنهاد مینماید ورزش موجب محافظت     بافتهای کبد و کلیه در مقابل آثار سمی حاصل از مرفین شده است.}, keywords_fa = {ورزش,مرفین,کبد,کلیه,موش,صحرایی}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_49549.html}, eprint = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_49549_f49360802e96fffc83c79fb340a3a6b5.pdf} }
