The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effects of forced exercise (treadmill) on withdrawal signs after morphine deprivation, serum corticostrone level,and hippocampusneurons count in brain hemisphers in rats addicted to morphine. Subjects and Methods: Adult male Wistar rats were divided into five groups with 10 in each: 1) exercised control (C+E), 2) sham exercised control (C+Sh.E), 3) addicted (A), 4) exercised addicted (A+E), and 5) sham-exercised addicted (A+Sh.E). Withdrawal signs such as number of jumping, teeth chattering, wet-dog shaking, defecation, body scratching, and standingas number of were counted during 30 minutes after naloxone administration. Animals in exercised groups ran on treadmill one hour daily from 9-10 Am in the morning for ten consecutive  days. Sham-exercised groups passed same times on turned off treadmill while its shock delivered system was turned on. At the end of experiments serum corticostrone level and hippocampus neurons count were done after decapitation the animals in all groups. The data were analyzed with one-way ANOVA that followed by LSD post hoc test. The differences between groups were accepted as significant with P value less than 0.05. Results: Addiction to morphine increased withdrawal signs and corticostrone secretion significantly and reduced hipocampal neurons in brain, All off which were significant. Forced exercise could inhibit certain withdrawal signs induced by morphine deprivation in addicted rats while could not reverse increased corticostrone level and decreased hippocampus neurons. Conclusion: Despite of useful effects of forced exercise on health conditions and especially cognition during aging, it would cause impair severely some neurobehavioral and hormonal disorders in addicted rats to morphine.}, keywords = {Morphine,Forced Exercise,Corticostrone,Hippocampus,Rat}, title_fa = {اثرات تمرین ورزشی اجباری بر علایم سندرم محرومیت، تعداد نورون‌های هیپوکامپ مغز و میزان هورمون کورتیکوسترون پلاسما در موش‌های صحرایی نر معتاد به مورفین}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: اعتیاد به مورفین موجب اختلال در اعمال رفتاری- شناختی میگردد. هدف از مطالعة حاضر بررسی اثرات تمرین ورزشی اجباری درون تریدمیل بر علایم محرومیت از مورفین، میزان ترشح هورمون کورتیکوسترون، و شمارش تعداد نورونهای هیپوکامپی در نیمکرههای مغز حیوانات معتاد به مورفین بود. روش بررسی: موشهای صحرایی نر بالغ نژاد ویستار در پنج گروه دهتایی شامل: کنترل تمرین کرده، کنترل شاهد تمرین، معتاد، معتاد تمرین کرده و معتاد شاهد تمرین آزمایش شدند. در گروههای معتاد به مورفین با تجویز نالوکسان علایم سندرم محرومیت بهمدت 30 دقیقه شمارش شدند. حیوانات در گروههای تمرینکردة روزانه بهمدت یک ساعت برای 10 روز متوالی (ساعت 10- 9 صبح) درون تریدمیل دویدند. گروههای شاهد تمرین، مدت مشابهی را درون تریدمیل با موتور خاموش ولی با شوک روشن قرار داشتند. در پایان آزمایشات میزان کورتیکوسترون سرم و شمارش نورونهای هیپوکامپ انجام گردید. از روش آماری آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه و تست پشتیبانی LSD برای آنالیز یافتهها استفاده شد. تفاوت بین نتایج با 05/0 P< معنادار تلقی گردید. یافتهها: اعتیاد به مورفین موجب افزایش علایم سندروم محرومیت، افزایش ترشح هورمون کورتیکوسترون، و کاهش تعداد نورونهای هیپوکامپی در هر دو نیمکرههای مغزی گردید که همه معنادار بودند. تمرین اجباری علایم سندرم را بهطور معناداری کاهش داد، اما نتوانست میزان ترشح کورتیکوسترون و تعداد کاهش یافتة نورونهای هیپوکامپ را بهطور کامل طبیعی نماید.  نتیجهگیری: تمرین ورزشی اجباری علیرغم اثرات سودمندش بر سلامت بدن و بهویژه شناخت، لیکن در موشهای معتاد به مورفین بهعلت ایجاد استرس اکسیداتیو و عدم جبران تغییر ترشح برخی هورمونها (مانند کورتیکوتروپینها) متعاقب اعتیاد، تأثیرش کمتر میگردد. }, keywords_fa = {مورفین,تمرین اجباری,کورتیکوسترون,هیپوکامپ,موش صحرایی}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_49458.html}, eprint = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_49458_edd2a4868d3c30511936913f57a3f71a.pdf} }
