The post-operative pain is first feel when the opioids affect are diminisehd and become very severe in first 24h after surgery. The aim of this study was to assess the efficacy of intraperitoneal bupivacaine on reduction of pain intensity in patients underwent   laparoscopic cholecyctectomy. Subjects and Methods:In this study,60 patients(20-60y) underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy, were divided into two case and control groups (each 30 cases). The first was administered bupivacaine (IP) in normal saline and the other with normal saline only. After local anesthesia removed, Case and control groups were assessed for pain intensity based on NRS at 0, 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, 24 hours after surgery. Data were analyzed with SPSS17 program. Results: The mean age of case and control group was 46.7 and 46.9 y respectively.  The frequency of male and female in case group was 16.7 and 83.3%; while in control group was 30 and 70% (P=0.593). Pain intensity was significant lower in case group relative to control group at 0, 1, 2, 4, 8, 12 and 24 hr (P=0.001). The first request time for opioids and rate of using opioid after surgery were significantly different in cases and controls (P<0.01). Conclusion: According to this finding, it seems that intraperitoneal bupivacaine is useful for pain reduction after surgery.}, keywords = {: Laparoscopic cholecyctectomy,Post-operative Pain,Bupivacaine}, title_fa = {بررسی اثر تزریق بوپوواکائین داخل پریتوئن بر درد بعد از عمل در بیماران تحت عمل جراحی کوله سیستکتومی لاپاراسکوپیک}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: کوله سیستکتومی لاپاراسکوپیک یک درمان انتخابی برای التهاب علامتدار کیسه صفرا میباشد. دردی که بهدنبال پروسه جراحی ایجاد میگردد، برای اولین بار بعد از پایان یافتن تاثیر داروهای مخدر حین بیهوشی، در ریکاوری احساس میگردد و شدت آن در 24 ساعت  اول پس از عمل بسیار زیاد و برای بسیاری از بیماران غیرقابل تحمل میباشد. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی اثر تزریق بوپیواکائین داخل پریتوئن بر درد بعد از عمل در بیماران تحت عمل جراحی کوله سیستکتومی لاپاراسکوپیک میباشد.   روش بررسی: در این مطالعه 60 بیمار  60-20 ساله کاندید عمل لاپاروسکوپیک کوله سیستکتومی  ، به دو گروه 30 نفری تقسیم شدند . در گروه اول از بوپی واکائین ونرمال سالین داخل صفاقی ودر گروه  کنترل از نرمال سالین استفاده گردید. پس از پایان بی هوشی،  شدت درد بر اساس NRS در ساعات 0،1،2،4،8،12،24 در هر دوگروه مورد مقایسه  و با برنامه SPSS 17  مورد آنالیز قرار گرفت. یافتهها: میانگین سنی گروه مورد و شاهد 46.7  و46.9 سال بود. فراوانی مرد و زن در گروه مورد و شاهد به ترتیب 16.7%، 83.3% و 30% ، 70% بود.  اختلاف معنیداری بین گروه مورد و شاهد از نظر شدت درد در ساعات 1،2،4،8،12،24،0  (P=0.001)وجود داشت. همچنین اختلاف معنیداری بین گروه مورد و شاهد از نظر اولین زمان درخواست مخدر و میزان  نیاز به مخدر(P=0.001)  درد شانه (P=0.001) وجود داشت. نتیجهگیری:  با توجه به یافتههای این مطالعه به نظر میرسد که استفاده از بوپیواکائین داخل صفاقی پس از عمل در کاهش درد پس از آن موثر است.}, keywords_fa = {کوله سیستکتومی لاپاراسکوپیک,درد پس از عمل,بوپی}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_49271.html}, eprint = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_49271_cdd17bbbe5209b482c69ed1b86836f23.pdf} }
