The present study sought to evaluate the effect of two weeks of resistance training with or without the vessel occlusion, the serum levels of CRP and lactate dehydrogenase active girls are normally raised. Subjects and Methods: Thirty six of Physical Education girl students of Shahid chamran University of Ahvaz with an average age of 20.51 ±1.39 y and BMI 23.32 ± 2.79 were divided into three groups: resistance training with vascular occlusion hand (exercise at 30% of one repetition maximum with closing of tourniquet around the proximal arm), resistance training without occlusion (exercise at 75% of one repetition maximum) and control group. Both training exercise groups performed a two-week training program consisting three sessions/week. Blood samples were taken before the start of training and 24 h after the last training session for measurement of CRP and lactate dehydrogenase. Results: After 2 weeks of resistance training with and without vascular occlusion, in both training group index of muscle damage (LDH) and index of inflammatory (CRP) in relation with control group showed a significant increase (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The overall results of this study showed that two-week resistance training in both groups muscle damage and inflammatory response is effective. Short-term activities cause muscle damage but the intensity of the damage in without vascular occlusion group was higher than with vascular occlusion group.  }, keywords = {resistance training,Local vascular occlusion,C-reactive protein,lactate dehydrogenase}, title_fa = {تاثیر دو هفته تمرین مقاومتی با و بدون انسداد عروق دست بر سطوح سرمی پروتئین واکنشگرC و لاکتات دهیدروژناز دختران فعال}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف:تمرینات انسدادی منجر به تغییراتی می‌شود که حاکی از فشارهای مکانیکی متابولیکی است. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر درصدد بررسی اثر دو هفته تمرین مقاومتی با و بدون انسداد عروق دست، بر سطوح سرمیCRP و لاکتات دهیدروژناز دختران فعال برآمده است. روش‌بررسی: تعداد 36 آزمودنی دانشجوی دختر تربیت بدنی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز، با میانگین سنی31/1±51/20 سال و   BMI79/2±32/23 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع، به سه گروه تمرین همراه با انسداد عروق دست(تمرین با شدت30% یک تکرار بیشینه همراه با بستن تورنیکت لاستیکی به دور ناحیه پروگزیمال بازو)، بدون انسداد عروق(تمرین با شدت 75% یک تکرار بیشینه) و گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. هر دوگروه تمرینی، یک برنامه ی تمرین 2 هفته ای که شامل3 جلسه در هر هفته بود را اجرا کردند. نمونه های خونی قبل از شروع تمرین و 24 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه ی تمرین اخذ گردید و میزان لاکتات دهیدروژناز و  CRP اندازه گیری شد. یافتهها: پس از 2 هفته تمرین مقاومتی با و بدون انسداد عروق، در هر دو گروه تمرینی شاخص آسیب عضلانی LDH و شاخص التهابی CRP نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش معنی داری نشان دادند(05%p <). نتیجه گیری: مجموع نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که دو هفته تمرین مقاومتی در هر دو گروه در ایجاد پاسخ آسیب عضلانی و التهابی موثر میباشد و انجام فعالیت کوتاه مدت موجب بروز آسیب عضلانی می شود اما شدت این آسیب ها در گروه بدون انسداد بیش از گروه انسدادی بود.}, keywords_fa = {تمرین مقاومتی,انسداد عروق,پروتئین واکنشگر C,لاکتات دهیدروژناز}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_49248.html}, eprint = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_49248_5ac88792505f1cbf7ef302554ebcdd0f.pdf} }
