Since the diagnosis of periapical lesions in the periapical radiolucency on the observation area, so the diagnosis of periapical radiographic evaluation is important .The Target of this study is to assess the diagnostic exactness of indirect digital radiography (PSP) and the conventional processing in diagnosis of periapical lesions at invitro conditions. Subjects and Methods: In this experimental - laboratory research, 60 synthetic lesions were formed under the apex of teeth using of single-root premolar teeth placed in the dried Mandible bone of sheep. These lesions were taken radiographs by two methods of digital and conventional. Two oral and maxillofacial radiologists examined the presence or absent of lesions in PSP pictures by conventional and reverse processing in each tooth. Results: The average sensitiveness of observers in PSP radiography with conventional processing in mm1, 0mm/5, mm%25 are 46%, 63.5%, and 93.3% respectively which were reduced to 45%, 60% and 86.6% with PSP radiography of reverse processing. Digital radiography with conventional processing has the characteristics of (66%) in comparison with the (63.3%) digital radiography of reverse processing. Conclusion: There isno significant difference between the sensitiveness of digital radiography with conventional and reverse processing.}, keywords = {Peripical lesions,Digital radiography,image processing,Reverse Processing}, title_fa = {ارزیابی دقت تشخیصی رادیوگرافی دیجیتال PSP با پردازش معمولی و معکوس درضایعات پری اپیکال}, abstract_fa = {زمینهوهدف: ضایعه ناحیه پری اپیکال دندان یک مساله بالینی است که اغلب در کشف و تشخیص آن مشکلاتی وجود دارد. با توجه به اینکه تشخیص ضایعه پری اپیکال براساس مشاهده ناحیه رادیولوسنسی در ناحیه پری اپیکال دندان می باشد، بنابراین در تشخیص ضایعه پری اپیکال، بررسی رادیوگرافی از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار است. هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی دقت تشخیصی رادیوگرافی دیجیتال غیرمستقیم(PSP) با پردازش معمولی و معکوس در تشخیص ضایعات پری اپیکال در شرایط invitro است. روش بررسی: در این پژوهش، تجربی - آزمایشگاهی با استفاده از دندانهای پره مولر تک ریشهای که در ساکتهای استخوان مندیبل خشک گوسفند جایگذاری شدند 60 ضایعه  مصنوعی در زیر اپکس دندانها ایجاد شد. از این آسیبها با دو روش رادیوگرافی دیجیتال PSP  با پردازش معمولی و معکوس تصویربرداری  به عمل آمد. دو متخصص رادیولوژی فک و صورت وجود یا عدم وجود ضایعه در تصاویر در PSP با پردازش معمولی و معکوس از هر دندان را بررسی کردند. یافته ها: متوسط حساسیت مشاهده گرها در رادیوگرافی PSP با پردازش معمولی در ضایعات mm 25/0، mm 5/0، mm 1 به ترتیب 7/46 درصد , 5/63% و 3/93 درصد که با رادیوگرافیPSP با پردازش معکوس به 45 درصد و 60 درصد و 6/86 درصد کاهش یافت. رادیوگرافی دیجیتال با پردازش معمولی  دارای ویژگی(7/66 درصد) بیشتری نسبت به رادیوگرافی دیجیتال با پردازش معکوس(3/63 درصد)  شد. نتیجهگیری: حساسیت رادیوگرافی دیجیتال با پردازش معمولی با معکوس تفاوتی ندارد.  }, keywords_fa = {ضایعات پری آپیکال,رادیوگرافی دیجیتال,پردازش تصویر,پردازش معکوس}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_47041.html}, eprint = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_47041_222e24e6a1b0fa29544162c4a252283b.pdf} }
