Another type of chronic granulomatous mastitis is immunologicalmastitis, which is related to the infiltration of IgG4 plasma cells. This study aims to determine thestatus of IgG4 positive plasma cells in IGM samples.Subjects and Methods This is an analytical-cross-sectional study. 46 women diagnosed with IGM wereselected for the study using census method. The percentage of IgG and IgG4 in plasma cells was determinedbased on immunohistochemical method. Age and type of surgery were also recorded. The datawas entered into SPSS software, version 22 and analyzed using statistical tests. P<0.05 were consideredstatistically significant.Results The mean age of patients was 35.02±6.82 years. The mean percentage of IgG positive plasmacells among tissue inflammatory cells was 6923±23.42 and the mean percentage of IgG4 positive plasmacells was 23.39±22.33. Among infiltrated plasma cells, 1.89% were positive for IgG4 and the ratio of IgG4to IgG in plasma cells was 0.91. Based on the results of Pearson correlation test, a positive and significantcorrelation was found between the percentage of IgG4 and IgG in plasma cells (r=0.600, P=0.004).Conclusion A significant percentage of infiltrated plasma cells are IgG4 positive, which can play a role inthe development of IGM. Therefore, further investigation and comparison with immunological mastitisis recommended.}, keywords = {plasma cells,IgG4,mastitis}, title_fa = {بررسی وضعیت پلاسماسل های درون بافتی از لحاظ بروز IgG4 در بیماران با تشخیص ماستیت گرانولوماتوزا یدئوپاتیک}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف ماستیت گرانولوماتو ایدئوپاتیک، یک ضایعه التهابی مزمن است که علائم بالینی کارسینوم را تقلید م یکند. نوع دیگرماستی تهای گرانولوماتو مزمن ماستی تهای ایمنولوژیک بوده که در ارتباط با ارتشاح پلاسماس لهای IgG4 م یباشند. هدف از این مطالعهمشخ صکردن وضعیت پلاسماس لهای IgG4 مثبت در نمون ههای ماستیت گرانولوماتوز ایدئوپاتیک م یباشد.روش بررسیا ین مطالعها زن وع تحلیلی-مقطعیا ست وب هروش سرشماریا نجام شد. تعداد 46 زنب ا تشخیص ماستیت گرانولوماتوایدئوپاتیکوارد مطالعه شدند. درصد بروز IgG و IgG4 در پلاسماس لها براساس روش ایمنوهیستوشیمی تعیین شد. سن و نوع روش جراحی نیزثبت شد. داد هها به ن ر مافزار SPSS نسخه ۲۲ وارد شد و با استفاده از آزمو نهای آماری مورد تجزی هوتحلیل قرار گرفت. 05 / P<0 از لحاظآماری معنادار تلقی شدند.یافت هها میانگین سنی بیماران مورد بررسی 82 / 6± 02 / 35 سال، میانگین درصد پلاسماس لهای IgG مثبت در بین سلو لهای التهابی بافت69/23±23/42 و میانگین درصد پلاسماس لهای IgG4 مثبت 33 / 22 ± 39 / 23 بود. در بین پلاسماس لهای ارتشاح یافته 1/ 89 درصد ازنظر بروز IgG4 مثبت بود هاند و نسبت بروز IgG4 به IgG در پلاسماس لها 91 / 0 بود. همچنین طبق نتایج آزمون پیرسون، بین درصد بروزIgG4 و IgG در پلاسماس لها همبستگی مثبت و معنادار یافت شد ) 400 / 006 ،r=۰ / .)P=۰نتیج هگیری درصد قاب لتوجهی از پلاسماس لهای ارتشاح یافته از نوع IgG4 مثبت بوده که م یتوانند در ایجاد این نوع ماستی تهایگرانولوماتو نقش داشته باشند. لذا بررسی بیشتر و مقایسه با ماستی تهای ایمنولوژیک توصیه م یشود.}, keywords_fa = {التهاب پستان,پلاسماسل,ایمنوگلوبین IgG}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_160668.html}, eprint = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_160668_eebb2780e9d2334909a0919af4d9f77e.pdf} }
