The aim of this study was to evaluate the levels ofcalcineurin and Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II mRNA after four weeks of aerobic trainingexercises and before AD induction in the hippocampus of male Wistar rats.Subjects and Methods Thirty 8-week-old rats with an average weight of 195±20 g were initially randomlydivided into two groups of aerobic exercise or rest for four weeks. Then, each group was divided intothree groups of AD, sham, and injection. Then, 48 hours after the last training session, Aβ1-42, or DMSOwas injected into the hippocampus. Finally, after the isolation of the hippocampus, CaN mRNA and CaMKIImRNA levels were measured.Results The results of this study showed that there was a significant difference between the groups inmRNA CaN and CaMKII mRNA levels (P<0.05). The results showed that aerobic exercise and AD pre-inductionhad a significant effect on increasing calcineurin and Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinaseII levels.Conclusion Overall, the findings of the present study showed that four weeks of aerobic training improvesthe molecular signaling of neuroplasticity in AD rats.}, keywords = {aerobic training,Alzheimer’s Diseases,Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II,Calcineurin,Synaptic Plasticity}, title_fa = {تأثیر تمرین هوازی پیش از القای آلزایمر بر بیان ژن کلسینورین و پروتئین کیناز وابسته به + /Ca2 کالمودلین II هیپوکمپ رت های مبتلا به بیماری آلزایمر}, abstract_fa = {آلزایمری م یشود. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی میزان کلسینورین و کلسیم کالمودولین کیناز II پس از 4 تمرین هوازی و پیش از القایآلزایمر در هیپوکمپ ر تهای نر نژاد ویستار م یباشد.روش بررسی 30 رت 8 هفت های با میانگین وزن 20 ± 195 گرم در ابتدا ب هصورت تصادفی به دو گروه تمرین هوازی یا استراحت ب همدت4 هفته تقسیم شدند. سپس هر گروه به 3 گروه بیماری آلزایمر، شم و تزریق تقسیم گردید. 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه تمرینی،تزریق 42 - Aβ1 یا DMSO به درون هیپوکمپ صورت پذیرفت. در انتها پس از جداسازی هیپوکمپ mRNA CaN و mRNA CaMKIIانداز هگیری شد.یافت هها نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که بین گرو هها، در متغیرهای mRNA CaN و mRNA CaMKII تفاوت معناداری وجود داردP<0/05) ). نتایج نشان داد که تمرین هوازی و پیش از القای آلزایمر بر افزایش میزان کلسینورین و افزایش کلسیم کالمودولین کیناز IIتأثیر معناداری دارد.نتیج هگیری ب هطورکلی یافت ههای مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که 4 هفته تمرین هوازی پیش از القای آلزایمر سبب بهبود سیگنالینگ مولکولیپلاستیسیتی سیناپسی م یشود.}, keywords_fa = {تمرین هوازی,آلزایمر,کلسیم/کالمودولین کیناز II,کلسینورین,پلاستیسیتی سیناپسی}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_160660.html}, eprint = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_160660_839f5cab1d6f7cb0fd8870c0c995caac.pdf} }
