At present, 350 million people are at risk and 2 million new cases are reported annually, of which 1.5 million of them are cutaneous leishmaniasis and the rest are related to visceral leishmaniasis. The World Health Organization and Tropical Diseases Research (TDR) division ranks leishmaniasis in the first group of emerging and uncontrolled disease. Leishmaniasis appears in three form; Cutaneous Leishmaniasis (CL), muco-Cutaneous Leishmaniasis (MCL) and Viceral Leishmaniasis (VL). More than 90% of cutaneous leishmaniasis are in Iran, Afghanistan, Nepal, Syria, Saudi Arabia and Peru. Viceral leishmaniasis in terms of geographical conditions divided into five different types; Indian Leishmaniasis, is human disease reservoir type and sand fly of Phlebotomus argenti is vector. African leishmaniasis or Sudanese leishmaniasis is second and common in Sudan and Kenya. Gerbils, otters, dogs and cats are reservoirs and the vector is Phlebotomus orientalis. Russian type is the third form and prevalent in Turkmenistan and the Caucasus (Soviet Union). Dogs and foxes are the main reservoirs and Phlebotomus archablensis is vector of the disease. The American type is the fourth form and infects American countries and dogs and jackals carry the disease and Phlebotomus intermedius are vectors of the disease. The fifth is Mediterranean Leishmaniasis also called Middle Eastern type which is common in the Middle East countries among people under the age of 10 and in Iran observe in the provinces of Khuzestan, Fars, Isfahan, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Ardabil and Khorasan. }, keywords = {epidemiological,Leishmaniasis,Iran,Middle East}, title_fa = {بررسی مروری اپیدمیولوژی لیشمانیوز در ایران و خاورمیانه در دو دهه اخیر}, abstract_fa = {لیشمانیوز یکی از بیماری‌های فراموش‌شده در جهان است که به طور وسیعی افراد فقیر را به‌ویژه در کشورهای در حال توسعه مبتلا می‌کند، هم‌اکنون 350 میلیون نفر در معرض خطر ابتلا قرار دارند و سالانه دو میلیون مورد جدید گزارش می‌شود که 5/1 میلیون مورد آن لیشمانیوزجلدی و بقیه مربوط به لیشمانیوز احشایی است. بخش تحقیقات بیماری‌های گرمسیری سازمان جهانی بهداشت (TDR) لیشمانیوز را در گروه اول، جزو بیماری‌های نوپدید و کنترل‌نشده قرار داده است که ﺑـﻪ ﺳـﻪ ﻓـﺮم ﺟﻠﺪی، اﺣـﺸﺎیی و ﺟﻠﺪی مخاطی ظاهر می‌شود. 90 درصد اشکال لیشمانیوز جلدی در کشورهای ایران، افغانستان، نپال، سوریه، عربستان سعودی و پرو اتفاق می‌افتد. لیشمانیوز احشایی از لحاظ شرایط جغرافیایی به پنج نوع مختلف تقسیم‌بندی شده است. نوع اول لیشمانیوز نوع هندی است که انسان مخزن بیماری و پشه خاکی (فلبوتوموس آرژنتی پس) ناقل بیماری است. نوع دوم لیشمانیوز آفریقایی یا سودانی است که در کشورهای سودان وکنیا شایع است. مخازن بیماری، جربیل، سمور، سگ وگربه است و ناقل بیماری پشه (فلبوتوموس ارینتالیس) است. نوع سوم لیشمانیوز نوع روسی است که در کشور ترکمنستان و در قفقاز (اتحاد جماهیر شوروی سابق) شیوع دارد و سگ و روباه از مخازن اصلی بیماری و پشه (فلبوتوموس آرکابلنسیس) ناقل بیماری است. نوع چهارم لیشمانیوز آمریکایی است که کشورهای آمریکایی را درگیرکرده است و سگ و شغال مخزن بیماری و پشه (فلبوتوموس اینترمدیوس) ناقل بیماری است. نوع پنجم لیشمانیوز نوع مدیترانه‌ای و یا خاورمیانه‌ای است که در ایران در استان‌های خوزستان، فارس، اصفهان، چهارمحال‌و‌بختیاری، اردبیل وخراسان وجود دارد و به طورکلی، کالاآزار در خاورمیانه بین افراد زیر10سال شایع است}, keywords_fa = {"اپیدمیولوژی"اپیدمیولوژیک,سالک,ایران,خاورمیانه}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_137568.html}, eprint = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_137568_0fd4ca03e9da87e89b3eb265e5c9c726.pdf} }
