Clinical and demographic data of patients were extracted from hospital records.. Anti CD10 monoclonal antibody was used for immunohistochemical staining.Results: In this study, 51 prostate samples (41 malignant and 10 benign) were studied. The mean age of the patients was 68.4 years, ranging from 40 to 92 years. Stage of cancer was organ confined in the majority of cases (75%). The pattern of expression, expression intensity and staining intensity in malignant specimens were significantly different than benign tissues. CD10 expression decreased in more than 50% of malignant cases. Also, the staining intensity of this marker was significantly lower in malignant samples. In addition, evaluation of correlation between staining intensity with other studied variables showed that there was a significant relationship between staining intensity and gleason score (p <0.0001).Conclusion: Overall, the findings of the present study indicate that expression of the CD10 marker in malignant prostate tumors is decreased or abolished. However, this marker is expressed in advanced stages of the tumor and is related to the invasive pattern of the tumor.}, keywords = {prostate adenocarcinoma,Gleason,Tumor grade,CD10}, title_fa = {مطالعه ی بیان مارکر ایمنوهیستوشیمی CD10 در کنسر پروستات و ارتباط آن با برخی از ماکرهای کلینیکوپاتولوژیک}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: مطالعه ی حاضر به منظور بررسی فراوانی اندوپپتیداز طبیعی (NEP) یا CD10 در سلول های کارسینوم پروستات به منظور ارزیابی ارتباط آن با یافته های پیش آگهی دهنده ی تومور انجام گرفت.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه ی توصیفی مقطعی بلوک های پارافینی نمونه بافتی بیماران مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان های آموزشی امام خمینی (ره)،شهید بقایی وگلستان اهواز،با تشخیص پاتولوژی آدنوکارسینوم پروستات و هیپرپلازی خوش خیم پروستات استفاده شد. اطلاعات بالینی و دموگرافیک بیماران از پرونده ی بیمارستانی استخراج شد. جهت رنگ آمیزی ایمونوهیستوشیمی با استفاده از آنتی بادی منوکلونال Anti CD10 استفاده شد.یافته ها: در مطالعه ی حاضر 51 نمونه ی پروستات(41 مورد بدخیم و 10 مورد خوش خیم) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. میانگین سنی بیماران برابر با 68.4 سال بود. Stage بیماری در اغلب موارد (75%) محدود به ارگان بود. شدت بیان و شدت رنگ پذیری در نمونه های بدخیم تفاوت معنی داری را نشان دادند. همچنین شدت رنگ پذیری این مارکر نیز در نمونه های بدخیم به طور معنی داری کمتر بود علاوه بر این ارزیابی ارتباط شدت رنگ پذیری با دیگر متغیر های مورد مطالعه نشان داد که ارتباط معنی داری بین شدت رنگ پذیری و gleason score وجود دارد(p<0.0001).نتیجه گیری : به طور کلی یافته های مطالعه ی حاضر نشان می دهد که بیان مارکر CD 10 در تومور های بدخیم پروستات کاهش یافته و یا از بین می رود. با این حال این مارکر در مراحل پیشرفته ی تومور افزایش بیان یافته و مرتبط با الگوی تهاجی تومور است.}, keywords_fa = {دنوکارسینوم پروستات,گلیسون,درجه ی تومور,CD10}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_104952.html}, eprint = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_104952_4c803200ba29fbed0c160d570fec1771.pdf} }
