تاثیر یک دوره تمرینات فانکشنال با و بدون مکمل کلرلا ولگاریس بر برخی شاخصهای التهابی، پراکسیداسیون لیپیدی و آنتیاکسیدانی در مردان دارای اضافه وزن و چاق

چکیده

زمینه و هدف چاقی با افزایش رادیکالهای آزاد و استرس اکسایشی یا کاهش ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی بدن ارتباط دارد. مطالعه
حاضر با هدف تاثیر یک دوره تمرینات فانکشنال با و بدون مکمل کلرلا ولگاریس بر برخی شاخصهای التهابی، پراکسیداسیون
لیپیدی و آنتیاکسیدانی در مردان بیشوزن و چاق میباشد.
روش بررسی مطالعه حاضر یک طرح نیمه تجربی است که 40 مرد بیش وزن و چاق به صورت کاملاً تصادفی انتخاب و در 4
گروه 10 نفری شامل دارونما، مکمل، دارونما+تمرین و مکمل+تمرین تقسیمبندی شدند. نمونهگیری خونی در چهار مرحله
جهت ارزیابی متغیرهای TNF-α ، hs-CRP ، MDA ، GPx و SOD انجام گرفت. تمرینات فانکشنال به مدت 12 هفته و هفتهای سه
جلسه و هر جلسه 60 دقیقه صورت گرفت. آزمودنیها روزانه سه کپسول 300 میلیگرمی کلرلا ولگاریس مصرف کردند.
تحلیلهای آماری در سطح معنیداری پنج درصد ) 05 / 0p≤ ( با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخهی 22 انجام شد.
یافته ها نتایج نشان داد پس از تعدیل نمرات پیشآزمون، میزان سطح سرمی α-TNF ، CRP-hs ، MDA ، GPx و SOD در
پسآزمون در گروه دارونما، مکمل، تمرین و تمرین+مکمل دارای تفاوت معنیداری میباشد.در مقایسه دو تایی گروهها
مشاهده شد که میزان سطح سرمی TNF-α ، CRP و MDA در گروه تمرین بطور معنیداری کمتر از گروه دارونما و سطح سرمی
GPx و SOD در گروههای تمرینی بیشتر از گروه دارونما میباشد ) 05 / 0 > P .)
نتیجه گیری با توجه به یافتههای مطالعه حاضر به نظر میرسد مکمل کلرلا به همراه تمرینات فانکشنال میتواند اثرات التهابی
و اکسایشی در افراد چاق را کاهش و در مقابل اثرات ضد اکسایشی را افزایش دهد.
