آزمون‌های عملکردی به‌عنوان ابزار تمایزی برای افراد با و بدون بی‌ثباتی مزمن مچ پا

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به ارتباط بی‌ثباتی مزمن مچ پا با بی‌ثباتی پوسچر و اهمیت شناخت ورزشکاران مبتلا به بی‌ثباتی مزمن مچ پا برای کلینیک های توانبخشی، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی آزمون‌های عملکردی به‌عنوان ابزار تمایزی برای افراد با و بدون بی‌ثباتی مزمن مچ پا صورت گرفت.
روش بررسی: مطالعه به صورت مورد-شاهدی یر روی ورزشکار (20 ورزشکار مبتلا به آسیب مزمن مچ پا و 20 ورزشکار سالم) صورت گرفت. به منظور تمایز ورزشکاران مبتلا به بی‌ثباتی مزمن مچ پا از ورزشکاران سالم، آنها 5 آزمون عملکردی شامل؛ آزمون هشت لاتین، آزمون جهش به طرفین، آزمون لی‌لی مربع، آزمون پرش زیگزاگ برای مسافت، آزمون پرش تک برای مسافت را اجرا کردند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از آزمون باز آزمایی، ضریب همبستگی و تی مستقل در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0>P استفاده شد.
یافته ها: ورزشکاران مبتلا به بی‌ثباتی مزمن مچ پا نسبت به ورزشکاران سالم عملکرد ضعیف تری را نشان دادند. بین شرکت کنندگان مبتلا به بی‌ثباتی مزمن مچ پا و شرکت کنندگان سالم در انجام آزمون‌های عملکردی تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده شد(05/0>P). ارتباط معنی داری بین بی‌ثباتی مچ پا و آزمون‌های هشت لاتین (67/0=ICC، 001/0>P)، جهش به طرفین(75/0=ICC، 001/0>P)، پرش مربع(51/0=ICC، 001/0> P و پرش زیگزاگ (82/0=ICC، 001/0>P) مشاهده شد.
نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد آزمون‌های عملکردی (آزمون هشت لاتین، آزمون جهش به طرفین، آزمون لی‌لی مربع، آزمون پرش زیگزاگ برای مسافت، آزمون پرش تک برای مسافت)، ابزار مناسبی برای شناخت افراد مبتلا به بی‌ثباتی مزمن مچ پا از افراد سالم هست.
