اثربخشی درمان فراتشخیصی مبتنی بر افکار تکرار شونده ی منفی بر الکسی تایمیا و تنظیم هیجانی در بیماران مبتلا به حملات تشنجی غیرصرعی روان زاد

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی درمان فراتشخیصی مبتنی بر افکار تکرار شونده ی منفی بر الکسی تایمیا و تنظیم هیجانی در بیماران مبتلا به تشنجات غیر صرعی روان زاد می باشد.
روش بررسی: در این پژوهش از طرح تجربی تک موردی با خط پایه چندگانه ناهمزمان استفاده گردیده است. کارآیی درمان فراتشخیصی مبتنی بر افکار تکرار شونده ی منفی، طی سه مرحله مداخله شامل بررسی خط پایه، مرحله ی درمان و پیگیری، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. سه بیمار به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و وارد پژوهش شده و از پرسش نامه ی الکسی تایمیا تورنتو و تنظیم هیجان برکینگ استفاده گردید. جهت تحلیل داده ها، روش شاخص تغییر پایا، درصد بهبودی و ترسیم دیداری مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.
ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: شاخص تغییر پایا برای متغیر الکسی تایمیا در بیمار اول تا سوم به ترتیب 46/4، 08/4 و 46/4 می باشد. با توجه به(96/1 RCI>)، شاخص تغییر پایا معنی دار بوده و تغییرات تصادفی نبوده است. همچنین درصد های بهبودی به ترتیب برای بیمار اول تا سوم %53، %47 و %57 می باشد که بیانگر موفقیت درمانی در بیمار اول و سوم و موفقیت نسبی در بیمار دوم می باشد. در متغیر تنظیم هیجانی شاخص تغییر پایا در هر سه بیمار 02/2 می باشد که با توجه به (1.96RCI>) تغییرات به صورت معنی دار بوده است. درصد بهبودی تنظیم هیجانی در این سه بیمار به ترتیب %75، 72% و %57 می باشد که در دامنه ی بهبودی و موفقیت درمان قرار دارد.
