بررسی وضعیت ارتباطات خانوادگی کودکان مبتلا به بیش فعالی / نارسایی توجه

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: اختلال نقص توجه/ بیش فعالی به عنوان شایع ترین اختلال عصبی رفتاری دوره ی کودکی شناخته شده است که عدم توجه و تشخیص آن می تواند آثار زیانباری را برای فرد و خانواده به همراه داشته باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط خانوادگی در کودکان بیش فعال صورت گرفته است.
مواد و روش: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی بر روی 160 نفر از مادران با کودکان پنج تا دوازده ساله ی دارای اختلال بیش فعالی / نقص توجه مراجعه کننده به مراکز تحت نظارت بهزیستی شهر تهران در سال 1397با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انجام شده است. به منظور جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه دموگرافیک، مقیاس ارزیابی ارتباط مادر و کودک (MCRE) و پرسشنامه سبک های حل تعارض رحیم(ROCI-II) استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه تحلیل آماری از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده گردید.
یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد سبک تعاملی پذیرش در مادران دانش آموزان دارای اختلال بیش فعالی-نقص توجه کمتر و سبک های تعاملی ناکارآمد طرد، سهل گیری و بیش حمایت گری بیشتر می باشد. همچنین بین متغیرهای اجتناب با سهل گیری 275/0، مصالحه با طرد 243/0، ملزم با سهل گیری 241/0 و مسلط با طرد 268/0 و مسلط با حمایت گری 346/0 در سطح خطای 5 درصد میان متغیرهای تحقیق همبستگی وجود دارد.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان می دهد که مشکلات در ارتباط مادر و کودک بیش فعال, در سبک های حل تعارض همسران نیز موثر است. از این رو ارتباط خانوادگی در این کودکان باید مورد توجه قرار بگیرد
