تاثیر آموزش بر کاهش خطاهای مصرف انسولین قلمی در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: انسولین یکی از جنبه­های چالش برانگیز درمان دیابت می­باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر نمایش ویدیوی آموزشی توسط داروساز بر کاهش خطاهای رایج حین مصرف انسولین قلمی در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 مراجعه کننده به کلینیک دیابت  بیمارستان گلستان شهر اهوازانجام شد.
روش بررسی: در یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی 130 بیمار دیابتی که طی یکسال اخیر مصرف انسولین قلمی را شروع کرده بودند به شرط داشتن معیارهای ورود  به مطالعه وارد شدند و  سپس به روش تخصیص تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند. ویدیوی آموزشی جهت آموزش بیماران گروه مداخله نمایش داده می­شد. یک ماه بعد و سه ماه بعد از اولین مصاحبه مجددا از بیماران دو گروه جهت انجام پس آزمون دعوت به عمل می­آمد.
یافته­ ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار سن بیماران (92/10) 02/54 سال بود. میانگین مدت استفاده  از انسولین قلمی 69/4 (انحراف معیار، 93/0) ماه بود. آموزش ویدیویی تاثیر معنی داری بر کاهش خطاهای ناشی از تزریق در محل قبلی (1/63 % به 9/36 %) تغییر خودسرانه دوز دارو یا دفعات تزریق(از 9/16% به 7/7 %) و فراموشی مصرف انسولین در گروه مداخله داشت(1/63% به 7/47%). میانگین استفاده از هر سوزن از  36/4 بار به 40/2 کاهش یافت. تفاوت معنی­داری بین دو گروه از نظر میزان بروز خطاها مشاهده گردید (05/0 P<).
نتیجه­ گیری: علیرغم کاهش قابل توجه خطاها در برخی زمینه­ها، بروز خطا  در مصرف انسولین کماکان در سطح بالایی است که مطرح کننده دخالت عوامل دیگری به غیر از سطح آگاهی بیماران می باشد.
