مقایسه نفروستومی از طریق پوست و همودیالیز در بیماران مبتلا به اوروپاتی انسدادی.

چکیده

مقدمه
بیماری اوروپاتی انسدادی بیماری است که درمان صحیح آن از اهمیت زیادی دارد. بر این اساس هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه نتایج و عوارض نفروستومی پوستی با همودیالیز در اصلاح اختلالات آب و الکترولیتی در بیماران مبتلا به اوروپاتی انسدادی بوده است.
روش کار:
در این مطالعه به عنوان یک کارآزمایی بالینی، 30 بیمار مبتلا به اوروپاتی انسدادی به عنوان گروه مطالعه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. بیماران به طور تصادفی به گروه های همودیالیز و PCN (نفروستومی پوستی) تقسیم شدند. در هر دو گروه BUN / Cr، Na و K هر 6 ساعت اندازه گیری شد. متغیرهای T1 (زمان آماده سازی برای عمل)، ) T2زمان برطرف شدن)، T3 (کل زمان بستری شدن)، نمره درد، رضایتمندی و عوارض در هر دو گروه مقایسه شدند. در نهایت داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
نتایج:
نتایج نشان داد که T1 در هر دو گروه PCN و همودیالیز تفاوت معنی داری نداشته است. با این حال،T2 و T3 در گروه PCN نسبت به گروه همودیالیز کاهش معنی داری داشته است، همچنین میزان رضایتمندی بیماران مبتلا به PCN بهتر از همودیالیز بوده است. همچنین غلظت پتاسیم و کراتینین در روش PCN بیشتر از همودیالیز کاهش یافته است. با این حال، تفاوت معناداری در روند کاهش سایر شاخصها مانند غلظت سدیم، فشار خون سیستولیک و دیاستولیک وجود نداشته است.
نتیجه گیری:
بر اساس نتایج مشاهده شده، نفروستومی از طریق پوست می تواند یک روش جایگزین، مناسب و ارزان برای بیماران مبتلا به اوروپاتی انسدادی باشد.
