بررسی تاثیر آموزش ذهن آگاهی نوجوان محور بر افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس نوجوانان مبتلا به سرطان در مرحله ی شیمی درمانی

چکیده

سابقه و هدف: بیماران سرطانی، به واسطه ماهیت بیماری، مراحل درمان و درد متحمله، مشکلات روان شناختی را تجربه می کنند؛ بنابراین کاهش این مشکلات به منظور تسهیل روند درمان سرطان حائز اهمیت است. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش ذهن آگاهی نوجوان محور بر افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس نوجوانان مبتلا به سرطان در مرحله ی شیمی درمانی انجام شد.
مواد و روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و مرحله پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری نوجوانان مبتلا به سرطان در مرحله‌ی شیمی درمانی مراجعه کننده به مراکز خصوصی درمان سرطان شهر اصفهان در سال 97-96 بودند؛ که تعداد 30 نفر از آنان به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب و به دو گروه تقسیم شدند و از طریق پرسشنامه DASS- 21 پیش آزمون اجرا شد. گروه آزمایش، هشت جلسه هفتگی 60 دقیقه ای آموزش ذهن آگاهی نوجوان محور دریافت کردند، لیکن برای گروه کنترل درمانی انجام نشد. پس از اتمام مداخله، پس آزمون، پیگیری هفت روزه و پیگیری یک ماهه اجرا شد.
یافته ها: یافته ها حاکی از تفاوت معنادار بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در مؤلفه های افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس بودند (001/0>P). اثرات این درمان در دوره پیگیری اول و دوم ثابت بوده است.
نتیجه گیری: آموزش ذهن آگاهی نوجوان محور در کاهش افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس در نوجوانان مبتلا به سرطان در مرحله ی شیمی درمانی تاثیر دارد. بنابراین، این روش تلویحاتی به منظور بهبود وضعیت روان شناختی نوجوانان مبتلا به سرطان در مرحله ی شیمی درمانی دارد.
