تاثیر خنده درمانی کاتاریا بر میزان خشم و تاب آوری کارکنان: مطالعه نیمه تجربی در یک مجتمع پتروشیمی

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: خشم و تاب آوری مولفه های روانشناختی هستند که در شرایط تنش زای محیط کاری مطرح می شوند. خنده درمانی کارتاریا با تاثیرات جسمی و روانی، سبب تغییر در وضعیت روانی فرد شود. در این مطالعه تاثیر خنده درمانی کاتاریا بر خشم و تاب آوری کارکنان پتروشیمی جم عسلویه در سال 1396 بررسی شد.
مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه پژوهشی نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون است. 70 نفر بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج، انتخاب شدند. جمع آوری داده با بهره گیری از پرسشنامه سه قسمتی (اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه خشم اشپیلبرگر و پرسشنامه تاب آوری کانر و دیویدسون) انجام شد. مداخله شامل 8 جلسه 5/1 ساعته بود. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-v22 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: میانگین نمرات خشم و تاب آوری در مرحله پیش آزمون به ترتیب برابر با 21/179 و 40/83 بود که در مرحله پس آزمون به میزان 53/139 و 00/99 تغییر کرد. نتایج حاصل از آزمون تی زوجی بیانگر معنی داری اختلاف ایجاد شده در وضعیت متغیرهای خشم (68/39-) و تاب آوری (60/15+) در مرحله پس آزمون نسبت به مرحله پیش آزمون بوده است (05/0>p).
نتیجه گیری: میانگین خشم در میان کارکنان بیشتر از متوسط بوده است که نیازمند تدابیر مناسب می باشد. با توجه به اثربخشی مداخله خنده درمانی کاتاریا، توصیه می شود که این مداخله در برنامه های آموزشی و توانمند سازی کارکنان گنجانده شود تا زمینه برای بهبود وضعیت روانی آنان فراهم شود.
