اثر تمرین درمانی در آب (با و بدون کینزیوتیپ) بر درد، ناتوانی، تعادل پایدار و کیفیت زندگی زنان مبتلا به سندروم درد کشککی-رانی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: سندروم درد کشککی-رانی، یکی ‌از رایج­ترین اختلالات عضلانی-اسکلتی زانو می­باشد. در این مطالعه اثر سه روش تمرین درمانی در آب (با و بدون کینزیوتیپ)، بر درد، ناتوانی، تعادل پایدار و کیفیت زندگی زنان مبتلا بررسی ­شده است.
روش بررسی: در تحقیق نیمه­تجربی حاضر، 45 زن مبتلا، به­­عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب و تصادفاً در سه گروهِ تمرین درمانی در آب، تمرین درمانی در آب با کینزیوتیپ موقتی و تمرین درمانی در آب باکینزیوتیپ دایمی، قرار گرفتند. جهت سنجش درد، ناتوانی، کیفیت­ زندگی و تعادل‌ پایدار به ترتیب از پرسشنامه مک­گیل، پرسشنامه ونکورف، پرسشنامه شرن­بورن و بایودکس استفاده گردید. جهت مقایسه میانگین­ها قبل و بعد از مداخله، از t-زوجی و جهت مقایسه میانگین­ها بین گروه­ها از آنوای یک-راهه استفاده گردید. سطح معناداری 004/0 در نظر گرفته شد. 
یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان ‌داد، بین اختلاف میانگین­های پیش­آزمون-پس­آزمون در فاکتورهای درد، ناتوانی، تعادل ایستا و کیفیت زندگی بین سه گروه جز درد (002/0P=) تفاوت ‌معناداری وجود نداشت. اما مقایسه پیش­آزمون-پس­آزمون، حاکی از معناداری کاهش درد (0001/0P=)، کاهش ناتوانی (0001/0P=) و افزایش کیفیت زندگی (0001/0P=) در هر سه گروه بود. شاخص­های تعادل در وضعیت چشم باز و چشم بسته بین پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون در هر سه گروه تفاوت معناداری نداشت (004/0P>).
نتیجه­ گیری: تمرین درمانی در آب با کینزیوتیپ طولانی­مدت بر کاهش درد بیماران اثرگذار بود؛ و از آن­جایی­که وجود درد روی کیفیت زندگی نقش مؤثری دارد بنابراین، احتمالاً، حرکت­ درمانی در آب با‌ کینزیوتیپ را، می­توان به­عنوان روش مؤثرتری، در درمان مبتلایان توصیه نمود.
