مقایسه‌ی طیف فرکانس منتخبی از عضلات ناحیه‌ی تنه و گردن در کودکان پسر دارای ناهنجاری سربه‌جلو با همسالان سالم طی دویدن

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه میزان طیف فرکانس منتخبی از عضلات ناحیه­ی تنه و گردن کودکان دارای ناهنجاری سربه­جلو با همسالان سالم خود هنگام دویدن بود.
روش بررسی: تعداد 12 کودک پسر مبتلا به ناهنجاری سربه­جلو (میانگین سنی: 4/1± 7/11سال، قد: 2/6 ± 7/149 سانتی­متر و وزن 7/4 ± 0/38 کیلوگرم) و تعداد 16 کودک پسر سالم (میانگین سنی: 3/1± 8/11 سال ، قد: 3/6 ± 2/148 سانتی­متر و وزن: 4/5 ± 6/39 کیلوگرم) به طور در دسترس انتخاب شدند. فعالیت الکتریکی عضلات منتخب در دو سمت بدن هنگام دویدن ثبت گردید.
یافته ­ها: نتایج نشان داد که میزان فرکانس عضله­ دندانه­ای قدامی سمت راست طی فاز اتکا دویدن در گروه سربه­جلو حدود 6/17 درصد نسبت به گروه سالم بالاتر بود (048/0=P). شاخص عدم تقارن عضله­ ذوزنقه­ تحتانی طی فاز اتکا دویدن در گروه سربه­جلو حدود 105درصد نسبت به گروه سالم بالاتر بود (044/0=P). همچنین شاخص عدم تقارن عضله­ ذوزنقه فوقانی طی فاز نوسان دویدن در گروه سربه­جلو حدود 141درصد نسبت به گروه سالم بالاتر بود (005/0=P).
نتیجه ­گیری: میزان فرکانس بالاتر عضله­ دندانه­ای قدامی سمت راست طی فاز اتکا در گروه با ناهنجاری سربه­جلو نسبت به افراد سالم می­تواند نشان از ضعف این عضله در این افراد داشته باشد. با توجه به تفاوت در شاخص عدم تقارن عضله­ ذوزنقه تحتانی طی فاز اتکا و عضله ذوزنقه فوقانی طی فاز نوسان دویدن در گروه با ناهنجاری سربه­جلو در مقایسه با افراد سالم، نیاز به طراحی تمریناتی جهت بهبود تقارن در میزان قدرت این عضلات در این افراد می­باشد.
