تأثیر تمرینات پیلاتس بر ترکیب بدن، نیمرخ لیپیدی و برخی شاخص‌های آمادگی جسمانی زنان چاق غیرفعال

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: پیلاتس شیوه‌ی تمرینی است که تغییرات مثبتی در ترکیب بدن، انعطاف و عملکرد عضله ایجاد می‌کند. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تأثیر تمرینات پیلاتس بر ترکیب بدن، نیمرخ لیپیدی و برخی شاخص‌های آمادگی جسمانی زنان چاق غیرفعال انجام شده است.
روش بررسی: در پژوهش حاضر 24 زن چاق غیرفعال با(میانگین سنی61/8±4/38 سال و میانگین BMI  95/2±6/35 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع)، به صورت داوطلبانه شرکت کرده و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه تمرین پیلاتس (15 نفر) و کنترل (9 نفر) تقسیم شدند. گروه تمرین به مدت هشت هفته، سه جلسه در هفته به تمرین پیلاتس با RPE 16-14 پرداختند. از همه آزمودنی‌ها(کنترل و پیلاتس)، قبل و بعد از تمرین ویژگی‌های ترکیب بدن، برخی شاخص‌های آمادگی جسمانی و نیمرخ لیپیدی گرفته شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های آماری از نرم افزارSPSS  و آزمون تی وابسته و تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد.
یافته ها: بعد از هشت هفته تمرین پیلاتس تغییر معناداری در وزن بدن، شاخص توده بدن، درصد چربی، توده خالص بدن و نیمرخ لیپیدی(TC، TG، LDL، VLDL، HDL) بوجود نیامد، در حالی که، افزایش معناداری در انعطاف‌پذیری عضلات پشتی و جلوی تنه، قدرت دست برتر، قدرت پا و شنا اصلاح شده مشاهده شد.
نتیجه‌ گیری: با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، به نظر می‌رسد هشت هفته تمرین پیلاتس علی رغم بهبود شاخص‌های آمادگی جسمانی، بر ترکیب بدن و نیمرخ لیپیدی تاثیرگذار نباشد.
