تاثیر تمرین هوازی بر فشارخون، هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله و سختی شریانی در زنان یائسه دیابتی نوع2

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: دیابت و عوارض ناشی از آن یکی از دلایل عمده امراض و کاهش کیفیت زندگی است؛ یکی از مشکلات شایع درپی دیابت سختی شریان‌ها می‌باشد. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی تعیین تاثیر تمرین هوازی بر فشارخون، هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله و سختی‌شریانی در زنان یائسه مبتلا به دیابت نوع2 بود.
روش‌بررسی: جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر زنان یائسه دیابتی نوع-2 مراجعه‌کننده به انجمن دیابت شهر شاهرود بودند که 22 نفر به ‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه: 1)تمرین(11 نفر) با میانگین سنی (2/6±51 سال) و توده بدن (5 ± 4/32kg/m2)  و 2کنترل(11 نفر) با میانگین‌ سنی (6/5±3/52 سال) و توده بدن (9/3 ± 4/29kg/m2)  تقسیم شدند. تمرینات شامل 3 جلسه در هفته به مدت 8 هفته و هر جلسه 45 الی 60  دقیقه تمرین هوازی دویدن بر روی تردمیل  با شدت 75-55 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه به‌صورت پیشرونده بود. نمونه خون شرکت‌کنندگان 48 ساعت قبل و پس از  دوره تمرین در حالت ناشتا جهت اندازه‌گیری هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله گرفته شد. همچنین آزمون سختی‌شریان‌ها و فشار‌خون با استفاده از سیستم VaSera-VS-2000 انجام شد.
یافته ها: آزمون تی‌وابسته نشان‌داد، سطح فشارخون سیتولیک(004/0p=)، هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله(004/0p=) و شاخص CAVI (002/0p=) در گروه تمرین بعد از مداخله کاهش‌معناداری داشت. همچنین تحلیل کوواریانس(مقایسه بین‌گروهی) هم تفاوت معناداری را در شاخص CAVI  بین دو گروه نشان‌داد(015/0p=).
نتیجه‌ گیری: بطور‌کلی به‌نظر می‌رسد تمرینات هوازی بتوانند با اثرگذاری بر عوامل موثر بر کمپلیانس عروقی و نیز فاکتورهای مرتبط با گلیکوزیلاسیون باعث کاهش فشارخون و سختی‌عروقی شود و از این رو می‌توانند به عنوان یک راهکار مناسب در این‌شرایط استفاده شود.
