تاثیر هشت هفته تمرین شنا به همراه مصرف سیر بر غلظت سرمی IL-10 وTNF-α موش های نر چاق

چکیده

زمینه وهدف:  سایتوکاین­های پیش التهابی عامل نکروز تومور آلفا  TNF-αو ضد التهابی اینترلوکین-10 به ترتیب نقش مهمی در ایجاد و جلوگیری از التهاب سیستمیک و بروز بیماری­های ناشی از چاقی از جمله بیماری عروق کرونر دارند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر هشت هفته تمرین شنا به همراه مصرف سیر بر غلظت سرمی IL-10 وTNF-α موش های نر چاق بود.
روشبررسی: در این مطالعه تجربی، 28 سر موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار چاق (300-250گرم) به طور تصادفی در چهار گروه(کنترل، مکمل، تمرین، تمرین + مکمل) تقسیم شدند. گروه های تمرین به مدت 8 هفته، هر هفته 3 جلسه و هر جلسه 60 دقیقه تمرین شنا کردند. گروه­های دریافت کننده مکمل روزانه یک میلی­لیتر عصاره محلول سیر به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن به مدت 8 هفته به صورت خوراکی دریافت کردند. 48 ساعت پس از پایان آخرین جلسه تمرین، نمونه خونی از آزمودنی ها گرفته شد و سطوح IL-10 وTNF-α  اندازه گیری شد. داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه ارزیابی شد.
یافته ­ها: یافته ها نشان داد هشت هفته تمرین و مصرف سیر سبب افزایش معنادار مقادیر IL-10 و کاهش معنادار مقادیرTNF-α  در گروه­های تجربی شد(001/0 P<). بین غلظت IL-10 و TNF-α ارتباط معناداری وجود نداشت (05/0 P>).
نتیجه­ گیری: اجرای هشت هفته تمرین شنا به همراه مصرف سیر می­تواند با افزایشIL-10  و کاهش TNF-α  تاثیر مثبت بر عوامل التهاب بگذارد.
