اثر آماده سازی روانی بر کاهش اضطراب ناشی از کاتتریزاسیون قلبی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: نظر به افزایش مشکلات قلبی نیازمند به کاتتریزاسیون و اینکه کاتتریزاسیون قلبی خود به عنوان یک ابزار تهاجمی می­تواند سبب واکنش­های روانشناختی شود، افزایش عوارض قلبی بدنبال آن غیر قابل اجتناب است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثر آماده­سازی روانی بر کاهش اضطراب ناشی از کاتتریزاسیون قلبی انجام گردید.
روش بررسی: در این کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی، 40 بیمار بیمارستان گلستان اهواز کاندید کاتتریزاسیون قلبی به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند. در ابتدا پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و اضطراب همیلتون، روز قبل از کاتتریزاسیون در دو گروه تکمیل گردید. سپس برای گروه مداخله، آماده سازی روانی جهت کاتتریزاسیون قلبی انجام و مجدد پرسشنامه 2 ساعت قبل و 4 ساعت بعد از کاتتریزاسیون در دو گروه تکمیل شد. داده­ها با آزمون­های آمارى کاى دو و تى زوجى تجزیه شدند.
یافته­ها: سطح اضطراب اولیه در بیماران دو گروه همسان بود(05/0<p)؛ اما در پیگیری اول (2 ساعت قبل از کاتتریزاسیون قلبی) اختلاف میزان اضطراب دو گروه معنادار بود(05/0>p) بطوری که گروه مداخله بطور معنی­داری اضطراب کمتری نشان داد. و در پیگیری دوم (چهار ساعت بعد از کاتتریزاسیون) اختلافی بین میزان اضطراب آنها وجود نداشت(05/0<p). از بین متغیرهای دموگرافیک و بالینی، تنها سن و سابقه بیماری قلبی با میزان مداخله ارتباط معنی داری داشت (05/0>p).
نتیجه­گیری: در بیماران کاندید کاتتریزاسیون، آماده سازی روانی در کاهش اضطراب بیماران موثر است و می تواند یک روش موثر کاهش اضطراب تلقى شود.
