بررسی اثربخشی مدیریت استرس به شیوۀ شناختی_رفتاری بر فرسودگی شغلی پرستاران زن شاغل در برخی بیمارستان‌های علوم پزشکی اهواز با کنترل نوبت کاری

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی_رفتاری بر فرسودگی شغلی در سه بعد خستگی هیجانی، مسخ شخصیت و کفایت شخصی در پرستاران بوده است.
روش بررسی: طرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه­آزمایشی با پیش­آزمون، پس­آزمون و گروه کنترل بوده است. جامعۀ آماری شامل 233 نفر از پرستاران زن شاغل است. از بین افرادی که بر اساس پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی مسلش، نمرۀ فرسودگی آنان یک انحراف معیار بالاتر از میانگین بود، به طور تصادفی، تعداد 30 نفر برگزیده شدند، سپس با همتا کردن وضعیت تجرد و تأهل به شیوۀ تصادفی به 2 گروه آزمایش و گواه تقسیم شدند. در این پژوهش، طرح پیش­آزمون_پس­آزمون با گروه کنترل و دورۀ پی­گیری به­کار رفته است. گروه آزمایش، 9 جلسه آموزش مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی_رفتاری دریافت کردند، اما گروه کنترل مداخله­ای دریافت نکردند.
یافته­ها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری نشان داد که آموزش مدیریت استرس به شیوۀ شناختی_رفتاری در بهبود علایم فرسودگی شغلی مؤثر بوده است. همچنین این روش باعث کاهش مسخ شخصیت و افزایش کفایت شخصی گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل شده است. اما این روش در کاهش خستگی هیجانی آزمودنی­های گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل  مؤثر نبوده است. نتایج دورۀ پیگیری نشان داد که جلسات آموزش مدیریت استرس باعث تداوم کاهش مسخ شخصیت و افزایش کفایت شخصی بوده است، اما باعث کاهش خستگی جسمانی نبوده است.
نتیجه­گیری: آموزش مدیریت استرس به شیوۀ شناختی_رفتاری باعث کاهش فرسودگی شغلی پرستاران شده است. بنابراین آموزش این راهبردهای شناختی به  پرستاران توصیه می­شود.
