تاثیرهشت هفته تمرین هوازی روی برخی شاخص های قلبی تنفسی و تحمل فعالیت زنان مبتلا به آسم مزمن دارای اضافه وزن

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: بیماری آسم، چاقی یا اضافه وزن یکی از عوامل تغییرات قلبی - تنفسی است که راه های هوایی را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد.
روش بررسی: این پژوهش در سال 1394 به صورت نیمه تجربی از نوع کاربردی و با استفاده از دو گروه تجربی(13نفر) و کنترل (13نفر) بر اساس غربال گری پرونده پزشکی و معاینه بالینی گروه ها انتخاب و تعیین گردید. افراد به مدت دو ماه مطابق برنامه فعالیت هوازی زیر بیشینه (45 تا 80 درصد حداکثر ضربان قلب) به تمرین هوازی پرداختند. شاخص های مورد اندازه گیری در شرایط پایه، به روش استاندارد اندازه گیری شدند. ارزیابی داده ها با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس و مقایسه پیش­آزمون  و پس آزمون هر گروه با آزمون تی زوجی در سطح معنی داری( 05/0 ≥p  ) انجام شد.
یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد که هشت هفته تمرین  باعث کاهش معنی داری ضربان قلب استراحت، فشار خون سیستولی، تهویه دقیقه ای و افزایش معنی داری حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی و تحمل به فعالیت شد (05/0 ≥p  ). اما  در شاخص های مذکور در گروه کنترل تغییر معنی داری مشاهده نشد (05/0≥ p).
نتیجه­گیری: نتایج مطالعات نشان داد که تقویت عضلات تنفسی و سایر عوامل فیزیولوژیکی طی فعالیت هوازی قادر است بهبودی قلبی و تنفسی ایجاد کند.  همچنین فعالیت هوازی باعث تغییر مطلوب در شاخص های قلبی- تنفسی و تحمل به فعالیت زنان مبتلا به آسم مزمن دارای اضافه وزن شود.
