تاثیر بازتوانی های بدنی، شناختی و ترکیبی بر توجه و حافظه جانبازان مبتلا به PTSD

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: در جانبازان مبتلا به PTSD، اختلالات شناختی نظیر نقص در حافظه و توجه باعث شده است که افزون بر درمان های دارویی آنتی سایکوتیک و آرام بخش ها،  کاوش هایی هم درجهت استفاده از بازتوانی های مختلف به منظور رفع این اختلالات، صورت پذیرد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر مقایسه بازتوانی های مختلف بر حافظه و توجه این جانبازان می باشد.
روش بررسی: در مطالعه نیمه تجربی حاضر، 43 جانبازان جنگ تحمیلی با توجه به شرایط تحقیق به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و سپس به صورت تصادفی در چهارگروه کنترل، بازتوانی های بدنی، شناختی و ترکیبی تقسیم شدند. بهره حافظه و نمره تداخل توجه به ترتیب با استفاده از پرسشنامه وکسلر و آزمون استروپ در قبل و بعد از مداخلات مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از آزمون های تی همبسته، تحلیل واریانس و کوواریانس استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که پس از اعمال مداخلات بین گروه های تجربی با گروه کنترل در بهره حافظه اختلاف معناداری مشاهده شد(05/0P<). با این حال بین گروه های تجربی در بهره حافظه اختلاف معناداری وجود نداشت(05/0P>). علاوه بر این بین گروه های تجربی با گروه کنترل در نمره تداخل توجه تفاوت معناداری مشاهد شد(05/0P<). این اختلاف بین گروه های بازتوانی شناختی و ترکیبی با گروه بازتوانی بدنی بود.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به موجود اختلالات حافظه و توجه در جانبازان PTSD، انجام بازتوانی های ترکیبی(تمرینات ورزشی - شناختی) می تواند به عنوان راه کاری جدید باعث بهبود معناداری در عملکرد حافظه و توجه آنها گردد.
