بررسی شیوع ریسک ‌فاکتورهای قلبی عروقی در بیماران دیابتی در دو منطقه با تفاوت‌های نژادی، اقلیمی و فرهنگی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه ریسک فاکتورهای قلبی عروقی در بیماران دیابتی در شهر کرمان و اهواز با تفاوتهای اقلیمی و نژادی و فرهنگی می­باشد.
 روش­ بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی مقطعی روی 211 بیمار مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان گلستان اهواز و 190 بیمار مراجعه کننده به مرکز دیابت ثامن الحج کرمان انجام شد. جمع آوری اطلاعات براساس پرونده بیماران و مصاحبه حضوری، معاینه فیزیکی و انجام آزمایشات صورت گرفت. داده ها توسط نرم افزار15 SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شد. جهت مقایسه میزانهای شیوع از آزمون استاندارد chi- square استفاده شد و میانگین ها با آزمون استاندارد t test مقایسه شدند.
یافته­­ها: بیماران اهواز 211 نفر شامل: 144 بیمار زن (6/68%( و 67 بیمار مرد (4/31%) بودند. متوسط سنی بیماران اهواز 32/10±52/55 سال و متوسط طول دوره بیماری 39/6±72/6 سال بود. در بیماران ساکن شهر کرمان از مجموع 190 بیمار 161 نفر زن (5/85%) و 29 نفر مرد (5/14%) بودند. متوسط سنی آنها 75/9±37/54 سال و متوسط  طول دوره بیماری آنها 48/7±78/8 سال بوده است. در بیماران شهر اهواز فشار خون بالا، مصرف سیگار و کمبود -C HDL شیوع بالاتری داشت(به ترتیب 0001/0 P <، 0004/0 = P و  0001/0P < ). در مقابل 4/20% بیماران کرمان اپیوم مصرف می کردند ودیس لیپیدمی به صورت اختلال در محور تری گلیسیرید در آنها شایع تر بود(به ترتیب 0001/0P <  و 027/0 = P  ). شیوع نارسائی کلیه و اختلال کنترل قند در هر دو گروه قابل توجه بود.و تفاوت معنی داری با هم نداشت.
نتیجه­گیری: عوامل خطر ساز قلبی عروقی در بیماران هر دو شهر شیوع بالایی دارد. با توجه به شیوع بالاتر دیس لیپیدمی در کرمان و فشار خون در اهواز میتوان نقش نژاد، تأثیرات اقلیمی و عادات اجتماعی را بعنوان فاکتورهای موثر مطرح کرد.
