فراوانی نسبی سوء رفتار با زنان متأهل مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز بهداشتی شهر اهواز و عوامل مرتبط با آن

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: خشونت علیه زنان یک مسأله بهداشتی عمومی است که پیامد شناسایی و تشخیص آن، رابطه مستقیم با سلامت جامعه دارد. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین فراوانی نسبی سوء­رفتار با زنان و عوامل مرتبط آن  در شهر اهواز می­باشد.
روش بررسی: برای انجام این مطالعه مقطعی، براساس 7/65 P=،05/0α= ؛ تعداد 368 زن متأهل 15 الی 55 سال با روش نمونه­گیری چند مرحله­ای انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده­­ها از پرسشنامه دموگرافیک و چک لیست مقیاس سوء­رفتار با زنان اشتراوس و مقیاس اصلاح شده تاکتیک­های تعارض استفاده و جهت پایایی و روایی از اعتماد محتوی و آزمون همزمان و پایایی ارزیاب­ها استفاده شد(87٪r=). اطلاعات جمع­آوری و تکمیل شده  با استفاده از آزمون کای دو تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته­ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد 63 درصد نمونه­ها خشونت را تجربه کرده بودند انواع خشونت شامل سوء­رفتار فیزیکی 4/43 درصد، روانی 8/58 درصد، جنسی 2/34 درصد و اقتصادی 2/12 درصد را تحمل کرده بودند. خشونت خانگی با فاکتورهای شغل زن 03/0P= ، وضعیت اقتصادی 03/0P=، سطح سواد، سن ازدواج زن و اعتیاد به مواد مخدر(001/0P<)، میزان درآمد05/0P< ، سن ازدواج همسر03/0P= ، تعداد فرزندان 006/0P= تفاوت سن ازدواج رابطه آماری معنادار داشت. بین برخی از عوامل مانند جنسیت فرزند، طول مدت ازدواج و مصرف سیگار با سوء­رفتار اختلاف معنادارآماری مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه­گیری: با توجه به نتایج پیشنهاد می­شود با اجرای برنامه­ریزی­های آموزشی در سطح ملی به خصوص برای زوجین جوان در خصوص کنترل خشم، مقابله با مشکلات زندگی و کنترل استرس زمینه پیشگیری از خشونت و آرامش خانواده فراهم شود.
