بررسی تأثیر برنامة خودمراقبتی برکیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به کم‌خونی داسی-شکل

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: بیماری مزمن کم­خونی داسی دارای عوارضی است که کیفیت زندگی را تحت تأثیر قرار می­دهد. بیماران برای تداوم زندگی و کنترل عوارض نیاز به مراقبت دارند. هدفاین پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر برنامة خودمراقبتی بر کیفیت زندگی بیماران سیکل سل می­باشد.
روش بررسی: در این پژوهش، کارآزمایی بالینی 70 بیمار سیکل سل
مراجعه­کننده به بخش تالاسمی بیمارستان شفای اهواز انتخاب و به­صورت تصادفی به دو گروه مساوی مورد و کنترل تقسیم شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده­ها شامل پرسشنامة اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامة استاندارد 36 SF-و چک­لیست بررسی نیازهای آموزشی بود. برای گروه آزمون برنامة خودمراقبتی به­صورت یک جلسة 60 دقیقه­ای اجرا شد. کیفیت زندگی بیماران در دو مرحلة قبل و 3 ماه بعد از مداخله مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: آزمون آماری تی مستقل با (58/0=p) نشان داد که نمرة کل کیفیت زندگی در گروه آزمون و شاهد قبل از مداخله با یکدیگر اختلاف معناداری ندارند، در حالی­که همین آزمون با (001/0P<) نشان داد که بین نمرة کل کیفیت زندگی در گروه آزمون و شاهد بعد از مداخله، اختلاف معناداری وجود دارد. آزمون آماری تی زوجی نشان داد که نمرة کل کیفیت زندگی در گروه آزمون، قبل و بعد از مداخله اختلاف معناداری ندارد (91/0=p)، اما نمرة کل کیفیت زندگی در گروه شاهد، قبل و بعد از مداخله، اختلاف معناداری دارد و نمرة کل کیفیت زندگی کاهش یافته است (019/0=p ).
نتیجه­گیری: با توجه به کاهش کیفیت زندگی بیماران گروه شاهد و ثابت ماندن کیفیت زندگی بیماران گروه آزمون می­توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که برنامة خودمراقبتی موجب ارتقای کیفیت زندگی بیماران شده است و طراحی برنامة آموزشی بر اساس نیاز بیماران،در ارتقای کیفیت زندگی مؤثر می­باشد.
