اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر کیفیت زندگی بر بهزیستی ذهنی و امیدواری در والدین کودکان مبتلا به اوتیسم

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اثرات مخرب اختلال اوتیسم برای والدین این کودکان، توجه به مسائل روانی خصوصاً بهزیستی ذهنی و امیدواری این والدین، حائز اهمیت می­باشد. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر کیفیت زندگی بر بهزیستی ذهنی و امیدواری والدین کودکان اوتیسم انجام شده است.
روش بررسی: طرح پژوهش از نوع پیش­آزمون پس­آزمون با گروه آزمایش و گواه می­باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه والدین دارای کودک مبتلا به اوتیسم مدرسه کودکان استثنایی نهال اهواز بود که از میان آنان 30 والد به روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفری گماشته شدند. گروه آزمایش و کنترل از لحاظ سن، سطح تحصیلات و وضعیت اقتصادی- اجتماعی همگن بودند. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه تحت درمان مبتنی بر کیفیت زندگی به شیوه­ی گروهی قرار گرفتند، اما گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله­ای دریافت نکردند. ابزار این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه بهزیستی ذهنی و مقیاس امیدواری بود که شرکت­کنندگان در مراحل پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون آن­ها را تکمیل نمودند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج از روش­های آماری توصیفی و تحلیل کواریانس استفاده گردید.
یافته­ها: نتایج حاصل نشان داد که میان گروه آزمایش و کنترل از لحاظ متغیر بهزیستی ذهنی و امیدواری تفاوت معنی­داری وجود دارد(001/0P<). میزان بهزیستی ذهنی و امیدواری در گروه آزمایش در مرحله پس­آزمون به طور معنی­داری بیش از گروه کنترل بود.
نتیجه­گیری: درمان مبتنی بر کیفیت زندگی که از ترکیب روان­شناسی مثبت­نگر با رویکرد شناختی- رفتاری شکل گرفته، می­تواند بهزیستی ذهنی و امیدواری والدین کودکان مبتلا به اوتیسم را افزایش دهد.
