اثر عصارۀ هیدروالکلی دارچین بر ساختار بافت‌شناسی هیپوکامپ در موش‌های سوری اواریکتومی‌شده

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هیپوکامپ جزئی از سیستم لیمبیک است و نقشی مهم در حافظه و یادگیری دارد. یائسگی باعث اختلال در حافظه و یادگیری در زنان می­شود. از درمان­های مختلف جهت بهبود حافظه در زنان یائسه استفاده می­شود. امروزه گیاهان دارویی به­واسطۀ اثرات جانبی اندکی که دارند بسیار مورد توجه ­هستند. یکی از گیاهان دارویی که در بهبود حافظه و تقویت نیروی جنسی نقش دارد دارچین است. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی اثر عصارۀ هیدروالکلی دارچین بر ساختار بافت­شناسی هیپوکامپ در موش­های اواریکتومی­شده به­عنوان مدل یائسگی تجربی انسان بود.
روش بررسی:  تعداد 17 سر موش سوری ماده (5±30 گرم) به سه گروه کنترل، شاهد جراحی و تیمار تقسیم شدند. عصارۀ هیدروالکلی دارچین (mg/kg 200) به­مدت 20 روز یک روز در میان به­صورت داخل صفاقی (Intraperitoneally:IP) تجویز شد. 24 ساعت پس از آخرین تزریق، حیوانات آسان کشی شده و بلافاصله مغز آن­ها خارج گردید و در محلول فیکساتیو قرار داده شد. مقاطع بافتی از مغز تهیه و پس از رنگ­آمیزی با هماتوکسیلین- ائوزین (H&E)، توسط میکروسکوپ نوری مطالعه شد.
یافته­ها: اواریکتومی باعث افزایش معنادار تعداد سلول­های تخریب­شده در نواحی CA1 و DG هیپوکامپ شد (05/0 P<). تیمار با دارچین از این تغییرات جلوگیری کرد و تخریب سلولی به­صورت معنادار در مقایسه با گروه اواریکتومی کاهش یافت (05/0 P<).
نتیجه­گیری: دارچین تغییرات بافتی ناشی از اواریکتومی (یائسگی تجربی) در هیپوکامپ موش را کاهش داد و ممکن است دارویی مناسب برای بهبود حافظه و یادگیری در زنان یائسه باشد.
