تأثیر تمرین مقاومتی دایره‌ای بر شاخص‌های متابولیک در مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر تمرین مقاومتی دایره­ای بر میزان برخی از شاخص­های متابولیک خون در مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 بود.
روش بررسی­: در تحقیق حاضر27 نفر مرد مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 شهر اهواز در دو گروه تمرین مقاومتی (15 نفر، سن 02/3 ± 4/46 سال) و کنترل (12 نفر، سن 86/3 ± 6/45 سال) قرار گرفتند. آزمودنی‌های 8 هفته برنامۀ تمرین مقاومتی ایستگاهی را 3 جلسه در هفته با شدت 30-70 درصد حداکثر تکرار بیشینه (1RM) اجرا کردند. قبل و بعد از برنامه تمرین مقاومتی شاخص­های تن­سنجی و متغیرهای بیوشیمیایی تحقیق پس از 12 ساعت ناشتای شبانه در دو مرحلۀ پیش و پس­آزمون اندازه­گیری شد. تحلیل آماری متغیرها با استفاده از آزمون t-testو در سطح معناداری 05/0P≤ انجام شد.
 یافته­ها: پس از هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی دایره ای، کاهش معناداری در گلوکز ناشتا، هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله، فروکتوز آمین، مقاومت به انسولین و افزایش معناداری در لیپوپروتئین پر چگال گروه تمرین در مقایسه با پیش­آزمون و گروه کنترل مشاهده شد. در حالی که در مقادیر تری­گلیسرید، کلسترول تام و لیپوپروتئین کم چگال گروه تمرین تغییرات معناداری در مقایسه با پیش­آزمون و گروه کنترل مشاهده نشد (05/0P≤).
 نتیجه­گیری: به نظر می رسد تمرینات مقاومتی دایره­ای می­تواند موجب بهبود وضعیت گلیسمیک، مقاومت به انسولین و افزایش سطوح لیپوپروتئین پر چگال به عنوان یک شاخص مفید عملکرد قلبی-عروقی در مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 گردد.
