بررسی اثر تمرین در آب و مصرف مکمل زنجبیل بر ریسک‌ فاکتورهای قلبی متابولیکی زنان چاق مبتلا به سرطان پستان

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هدف از این مطالعه تعیین اثر 6 هفته تمرین در آب و مکمل­یاری زنجبیل بر ریسک­فاکتورهای قلبی متابولیکی در زنان چاق مبتلا به سرطان پستان بود.
روش بررسی: آزمودنی­های پژوهش حاضر را 40 زن مبتلا به سرطان پستان با میانگین سنی (8/5±48 سال)، وزن (9±76 کیلوگرم) و تودۀ چربی (4±8/41 کیلوگرم) تشکیل می دادند که به­طور تصادفی به چهار گروه: دارونما؛ تمرینات در آب + دارونما؛ مصرف مکمل زنجبیل و تمرینات منتخب در آب+ مکمل زنجبیل تقسیم شدند. مکمل به مدت 6 هفته، روزی 4 عدد کپسول750 میلی­گرمی زنجبیل مصرف شد. تمرین فزاینده در آب در یک استخر با عرض 15 متر و عمق 4 متر، 4 بار در هفته به مدت 6 هفته و هر جلسه 75-60 دقیقه انجام شد. داده های آدیپونکتین و شاخص مقاومت انسولین در پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون جمع­آوری و به ترتیب با روش های الایزا و HOMA-IR اندازه‌گیری شد.    
یافته­ها: مکمل زنجبیل و همچنین تمرین در آب، موجب افزایش آدیپونکتین، کاهش انسولین، مقاومت به انسولین و گلوکز خون نسبت به قبل شد. با این حال، گروه ترکیبی افزایش بیشتری در مقادیر آدیپونکتین و کاهش در مقاومت انسولینی نسبت به هریک از مداخله­های مجزا را نشان داد.
نتیجه­گیری: یافته­های تحقیق یک اثر حفاظتی از استراتژی­های غیر دارویی مانند تمرین در آب و مکمل ضدالتهابی زنجبیل در پاسخ­های قلبی متابولیکی در زنان چاق مبتلا به سرطان پستان را نشان داد.
