بررسی دانسیتۀ مویرگی مایوکارد و مقادیر پلاسمایی فاکتور رشد اندوتلیال عروقی متعاقب تمرین تناوبی بین رت های نر و ماده

چکیده

زمینهوهدف: انجام فعالیت­های ورزشی می­تواند منجر به آنژیوژنز و گسترش شبکۀ مویرگی شود. هدف این مطالعه، تعیین تأثیر تمرینات تناوبی بر مقادیر پلاسمایی فاکتور رشد اندوتلیالی عروقی و دانسیتۀ مویرگی میوکارد در رت­های نر و ماده بوده است.
روشبررسی: برای این مطالعه، تعداد 60 سر رت نر و ماده با وزن و سن تقریبی یکسان انتخاب شدند. مقادیرپلاسمایی VEGF قبل و بعد از پروتکل تمرینی از طریق کیت­های مخصوص و با استفاده از تکنیک الایزا مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. بعد از امحای رت­ها و استخراج بافت قلبی آنها دانسیتۀ مویرگی میوکارد با استفاده از تکنیک ایمنوهیستوکمیستری ارزیابی شد.
یافته­ها: تفاوت معناداری بین سطوح پایه VEGF و دانسیتۀ مویرگی میوکارد در رت­های نر و ماده مشاهده نشد. متعاقب رشد جسمی بین گروه کنترل و شم تفاوت معناداری در مقادیر VEGF و دانسیتۀ مویرگی میوکارد به­ وجود نیامد. با وجود این، متعاقب انجام تمرینات تناوبی، افزایش معناداری در مقادیر پلاسمایی VEGF و دانسیتۀ مویرگی مایوکارد ایجاد شد، ولی تفاوت معناداری بین رت­های نر و ماده متعاقب تأثیر تمرینات تناوبی بر مقادیر پلاسمایی VEGF و دانسیتۀ مویرگی مایوکارد وجود نداشت.
نتیجه­گیری: با توجه به نتایج مطالعۀ حاضر می­توان چنین نتیجه­گیری کرد که تمرینات تناوبی می­توانند فرایند آنژیوژنز را از طریق افزایش مقادیر VEGF بهبود بخشیده، لذا گسترش شبکۀ مویرگی میوکارد دور از انتظار نیست.
