بررسی میزان هوش هیجانی و ارتباط آن با برخی متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی دزفول

چکیده

موفقیت تحصیلی و شغلی اهمیت شایانی دارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین بررسی میزان هوش هیجانی و ارتباط آن با برخی متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی دزفول در سال 1392 انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: تحقیق به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام شد. جامعه آماری 234 نفر از دانشجویان بودند که با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی - سهمیه ایی انتخاب شدند. داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه ای دو قسمتی مشخصات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی بار - آن بدست آمدند. اعتبار و پایایی پرسشنامه بترتیب با اعتبار محتوا و روش همسانی درونی استفاده شد و میزان آلفای کرونباخ هوش هیجانی 93/0 گزارش گردید.
یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش، اکثریت دانشجویان(23/69 درصد) میزان هوش هیجانی در سطح خوب داشتند. همچنین بین هوش هیجانی کلی با وضعیت تأهل ارتباط آماری معنی دار وجود داشت(05/0P<). بررسی بین عوامل هوش هیجانی با مشخصات فردی نشان داد که بین عامل عزت نفس با جنس و سطح تحصیلات رابطه معنی­داری وجود دارد (05/0 P<). همچنین بین عوامل خود شکوفایی، همدلی، حل مسئله، خوش بینی با وضعیت تأهل ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشت(05/0P<).
نتیجه‌گیری: دانشجویان مورد مطالعه از نظر هوش هیجانی در سطح خوبی بودند. گرچه هوش هیجانی بالائی در عوامل خودآگاهی هیجانی، عزت نفس و کنترل تکانش داشتند اما ارتقاء سایر مهارت­های این هوش از جمله خودشکوفایی، واقع گرایی و خودابرازی ضروری است.
