مقایسه ی برخی آزمون های عملکردی و سطح ناتوانی بیماران با آسیب رباط متقاطع قدامی و بیماران بازسازی شده رباط متقاطع قدامی و افراد سالم

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: آسیب لیگامان متقاطع قدامی(ACL) از عمده­ترین آسیب­های مفصل زانو بشمار می­رود. آزمون­های عملکردی اغلب برای ارزیابی عملکرد زانو بعد از آسیب­های لیگامانی زانو استفاده شده­اند. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه برخی آزمون­های عملکردی و سطح ناتوانی میان بیماران آسیب ACL و بیماران جراحی بازسازی شده و افراد سالم می­باشد.
روش بررسی: 36 مرد (12 نفر با آسیب ACL، 12 نفر جراحی بازسازی ACL و 12 فرد سالم) در این مطالعه شرکت داده شده اند. افراد پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score(KOOS)، 5 آزمون عملکردی شامل آزمون­های تک پرش، سه پرش متقاطع، پرش عمودی، دویدن رفت و برگشت و هم انقباضی را یک بار در اندام درگیر و بار دیگر در اندام سالم انجام می دادند.
یافته­ها: یافته­های این تحقیق نشاندهنده وجود اختلاف معنادار در مسافت طی شده آزمون­های عملکردی تک پرش و سه پرش متقاطع بین دو گروه بیماران آسیب ACL و گروه سالم و همچنین بین دو گروه بیمارانی که جراحی بازسازی رباط متقاطع قدامی انجام داده­اند و گروه سالم می­باشد. در بررسی اختلاف میان دو اندام نیز، مسافت طی شده در آزمون­های عملکردی تک پرش، سه پرش متقاطع و پرش عمودی در دو گروه آسیب ACL و گروه جراحی شده اختلاف معنادار نشان داد. در مقایسه ابعاد پرسشنامه KOOS نیز سه بعد درد، فعالیت­های روزمره، ورزش و فعالیت­های تفریحی میان دو گروه آسیب ACL و جراحی شده اختلاف معنادار نشان داد.
نتیجه­گیری: این آزمون­های عملکردی برای ارزیابی عملکرد بیماران آسیب ACL و بیماران جراحی بازسازی شده ACL مناسب بوده است.
