مقایسه تاثیر پروتکل های مختلف بازتوانی قلبی بر آنزیم های دستگاه رنین – آنژیوتانسین در بیماران قلبی پس از عمل جراحی بای پس عروق کرونر

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: انجام فعالیت­های ورزشی در قالب بازتوانی قلبی می­تواند منجر به بهبود عملکرد قلبی و تنظیم هورمون­های درگیر در هموستاز فشار خون شود. براین اساس هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه پروتکل های مختلف بازتوانی قلبی بر مقادیر پلاسمایی برخی از آنژیم­های دستگاه رنین - آنژیوتانسین در بیماران قلبی - عروقی پس از عمل CABG بوده است.
روش بررسی: در مطالعه نیمه تجربی حاضر، تعداد 40 بیمار مرد پس از عمل CABG به روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در چهار گروه کنترل(10 نفر)، تمرینات هوازی تداومی(10 نفر)، تمرینات هوازی تناوبی  مقاومتی(10 نفر) و تمرینات هوازی تداومی - مقاومتی(10 نفر) تقسیم شدند. مقادیر پلاسمایی Ang I، Ang II و ACE-2 در قبل و بعد از پروتکل های بازتوانی قلبی با استفاده از روش الایزا مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از روش تحلیل واریانس دو سویه استفاده شد(05/0>P).
یافته­ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که پس از مداخلات بازتوانی مقادیر Ang II کاهش معنادار و Ang I افزایش معناداری نسبت به گروه کنترل یافته اند(05/0>P). اما تفاوت معناداری بین گروه های تمرینی در مقادیر Ang I & II یافت نشد(05/0<P). پس از دوره های بازتوانی قلبی تفاوت معناداری در مقادیر ACE-2 مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه­گیری: برنامه های بازتوانی قلبی با مصرف داروهای مهارکننده AT1R راه مهم برای بهبود در عملکرد قلبی عروقی و کاهش فشار خون است.
