اثر تمرینات یوگا و رژیم غذایی DASH بر هموسیستئین، ویتامین B12، فولات و مقاومت به انسولین در زنان مبتلا به دیابت بارداری

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: تحقیقات نشان داده است که سطوح سرمی هموسیستئین، ویتامین B12 و فولات در ارتباط با مقاومت به انسولین می باشند. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثر هشت هفته تمرینات یوگا به همراه رژیم غذایی DASH بر سطوح سرمی هموسیستئین، ویتامین B12، فولات و مقاومت به انسولین در زنان مبتلا به دیابت بارداری بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: در تحقیق نیمه‌تجربی حاضر 36 زن مبتلا به دیابت بارداری به روش تصادفی انتخاب و به سه گروه 12 نفره، تمرین یوگا، رژیم غذایی DASH و ترکیبی (تمرین یوگا و رژیم DASH) تقسیم شدند. مداخله تحقیق شامل هشت هفته تمرینات یوگا، سه جلسه در هفته و هر جلسه تمرین به مدت 60-50 دقیقه انجام شد. رژیم غذایی DASH نیز تحت کنترل متخصص تغذیه کنترل شد. 24 ساعت قبل و 48 ساعت پس از مداخله تحقیق خونگیری به صورت ناشتا انجام شد.
یافته ها: پس از هشت هفته کاهش معنی‌داری در سطح قند خون ناشتا در گروه ترکیبی نسبت به گروه رژیم غذایی DASH مشاهده شد (045/0 = P). همچنین در گروه ترکیبی کاهش ویتامین B12 نسبت به گروه رژیم DASH به صورت معنی‌داری بیشتر بود (047/0 = P)، ولی تفاوت معنی‌داری در تغییرات مقاومت به انسولین، هموسیستئین، و فولات بین گروه‌ها مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: اگرچه هر دو روش تمرینات یوگا و رژیم غذایی DASH برای کاهش گلوکز خون مفید است با وجود این اثر معنی داری بر مقاومت به انسولین و سطوح هموسیتئین و فولات ندارد و نمی‌تواند از کاهش ویتامین B12 در دیابت بارداری جلوگیری کند.
