تاثیرهسته ی انگور (Grapex) بر روی فعالیت بیماری آرتریت روماتویید

چکیده

مقدمه:
آرتریت روماتویید یک بیماری مزمن خود ایمنی است که با التهاب مفاصل محیطی و درد و تورم و نابودی استخوان مشخص می شود. غذاهای حاوی فلاوینویید مثل دانه ی انگور میتوانند درد و تورم مفصلی را در بیماران کاهش دهند . این مطالعه، با هدف بررسی تاثیر داروی گراپکس در شدت و فعالیت بیماری بیماران آرتریت روماتویید انجام شده است.
روش کار :
60 بیمار مبتلا به روماتویید آرتریت با سن بالای 18 سال و تشخیص داده شده بر اساس کرایتریای ACR وارد مطالعه و به دو گروه تقسیم می شوند. به گروه اول داروی Grapex با دوز 100میلی گرم روزانه و به گروه دوم پلاسبو با همان دوز داده می شود. در پایان مطالعه پس از انتهای 8 هفته ، فعالیت و شدت بیماری، CRP و ESR در هر دو گروه مورد سنجش و مقایسه قرار می گیرد.
یافته‌ها:
یافته ها نشان داد که میزان DAS28 در گروه مداخله پس از تجویز داروی گراپکس کمتر از قبل شده است که این تفاوت میانگین از لحاظ آماری معنادار می باشد(P <0.001) . در حالیکه در گروه دارونما میانگین DAS28 قیل و بعد از پلاسبو تغییری نکرده است (P>0.05)
نتیجه‌گیری‌:
با توجه به تغییر معنادار DAS28 که فقط در گروه مداخله (Grapex ) مشاهده شد، می توان نتیجه‌ گرفت که داروی Grapex در بیماران روماتویید آرتریت، موجب کاهش شدت بیماری می شود. بنابراین Grapex بعنوان مکمل، می تواند یک درمان امیدوار کننده برای کاهش شدت بیماری در این بیماران در کنار سایر درمان های متداول و مرسوم باشد.
